Great location and air conditioning was very effective in the main area.

The access to the bathroom isn’t explained and it’s up a very narrow staircase from the kitchenette. It was very hot when we were staying and the area at the top of the stairs wasn’t reached by the AC and was incredibly hot. Very low ceiling in the bathroom as well made very awkward.

Super accessible, easy to get the instructions, complete in facilities and clean!

The host, Cosimo went above and beyond, also carried luggage up the stairs. Plenty of packed juices and teas and breakfast items, plus a bottle of Rose, coffee machine. Homely and tranquil in the historical centre, with plenty of cool breezes from the balcony. I am hugely grateful to Cosimo for arranging with Chiara to drive me and my luggage to my home in the countryside. Amazing hosts, thank you!

Nothing. Only a minor issue, no available power point to plug in my laptop near the breakfast table, though it wasn't urgent. To his credit, the host graciously took on board my suggestion for a larger power board for future guests.

Everything was perfect, complimentary drinks, a bottle of wine, coffee machine and packed snacks not only for breakfast. Couldn't enjoy the rooftop because I spent only a night and went out but for sure I'd have used it if I stayed longer

I could say that the bathroom is very small but they even fitted a bidet in such a small area so for my size was fine, don't know for someone taller.

We were not expecting that the appartment would be that good, there is nothing to say about it, one of the most beautiful in the city and at a really good price. It’s well equipped, very clean and to top it all you have one of the best rooftops in the city with an amazing sunset. Cosimo was one exceptional host, we are 14 days into our roadtrip we went thru many airbnbs/hotels, and were never greeted and taken care of like this, seriously thank you so much Cosimo! + the breakfast was very simple but really tasty. To future visitors, you won’t be disappointed, if you want to enjoy the city the appartment is very well placed and very much enjoyable.
