The cabin was just perfect!! Our ages ranged from 8mo to 62yrs and there was something for all to enjoy. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (5 stars for that for sure). The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare great breakfast and dinners. Toiletries well stocked also. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Game room was a big hit for all of us. Over all just perfect. Will definitely book again.

I stayed at this property with a group of 8 friends and it was perfect for our needs. The mountain views aren't the focal point of this property if that's what you're looking for. BUT, the rental company Stay Minty was super easy to work with, the house was well-maintained, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The pool wasn't well heated, but it wasn't super cold either - definitely tolerable for those who are looking forward to the perk of an indoor pool! The table is a great size for playing games as a group. Kitchen had most of the implements for basic cooking, but it helped that we brought some extra supplies.

Nice cabin up in the mountains. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a tad too chilly for us but some people may not mind it being a bit cooler. Beds were super comfy and the view was really pretty. Close to everything you would want to do from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. Wi-Fi was good, TVs in all rooms but the bunk room. Neighborhood was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The stay at the zip and dip was really nice, the pool and bunk room worked well for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect temp, the pool was a little cold, but, it is winter and the temp is controlled by the room temp. There was enough seating and the games were entertaining. But, the house only had a few pans, good thing there is a lodge store nearby:) they need to replenish the utensils, we didn’t have enough for the group. These are just minor things that didn’t ruin our vacation. The location was really close to all of the attractions. This was a definite plus. We were within 10 minutes of everything, and if you like to zip line, you are right around the corner.

It was just as listed, was close to everything space was great and very open, would stay again, jus wish the rain had held off so the views would’ve been more clear, the hot tube was hit the pool not so other than beauty it was Dec and cold thought pool being indoor would’ve been heated but wasn’t. It was ok though we had plans more around the town than at the cabin.

Kitchen is stocked but bring your own pans if you want to cook.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Timeout Tavern! My children loved the pool and the hot tub! The cabin was clean and close to most attractions. There were a few small maintenance issues but overall we had an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend this cabin!

One of my daughters has been live in South Korea for over a year and just got back to the states.. This property and everything around it made the perfect getaway to get reacquainted. The cabin was clean, stylish, close to grocery stores and a little shopping. The views were also amazing. A little slice of happy with the ones that I love. We look forward to visiting the property again soon. The customer service was also top notch! Always available and responsive!

This house is excellent! We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the showers so relaxing, the pool private and clean, the kitchen supplied with everything we needed! Check in and check out was incredibly easy. The location was just right! We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Stay Minty! We will use you again for sure! We highly, highly recommend you!!

For the most part, we had a great experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. Everything was clean, and the location was convenient. The layout was great for multiple families. The smoke alarm went off multiple times, and we couldn’t figure out why. We were cooking inside a typical amount…maybe they were extra sensitive? Stay Minty was responsive. A trash can in the 3rd floor bathroom would be helpful, but that’s an easy fix :-).

Do not I repeat do not book this cabin. My family stayed here for 2 nights. There was only humans in the cabin and the company is trying to say that there was a dog/dogs in the cabin. My family is allergic to dogs and cats. This is the worst company to go through for a cabin. Stay Minty is not a company to ever go through for a cabin or anything else. Stay Minty will never get my business again because of these fraudulent charges they are claiming.

Great family place with lots to do!

The Timeout Tavern was great for our family’s post-Christmas trip! There were a few maintenance issues, one of which couldn’t be addressed during our stay, but otherwise we enjoyed our visit!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was easy and seamless for check in and check out. Communication was excellent and the cabin was beautiful! Perfect for a long stay in the Smokies!!

This place was fantastic for a group of 8 twenty-something friends. Very clean, close to town but still away from the hustle and bustle.

The cabin has a great set up for a family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect, out of the way but short drive to all the attractions. The only ding I would give would be that it needs a few more basic kitten items such as mixing bowl and LG casserole dish. Other than that everything was wonderful, but if you're not cooking much then no big deal. Would stay again.

We used the cabin as a family reuion of sorts. Plenty of room for my entire family and in home activities to keep kiddos entertained. Other than getting groceries, we didnt have to leave the entire stay. Loved my experience.

Nice property not as advertised though! BEWARE, 3 TVs arent in the main room as pictured.. I should have went w/ reviews but this was a last minute booking for my daughters 18th birthday & this was the only one available w/ indoor pool. Pool not so clean but great fun!! One of the bathtubs dirty, as well as the dishes.. No dust pan to sweep up with! Washer & dryer not working Just to name a few.. Management got in touch w/ Me @ 1am about noise! We did have music up singing to the song and someone complained. So the company texted me around that time. So, when i told them about complaints they threatened to review me for loud music, lol... We left in clean condition & nothing broke! They ask so much of you but cant hold up on their end.. Check in process was a bit extra!. I got in touch & management didn't try rectify instead justify any complaint I had as if I was lieing bc he said he was there before our check in & everything was there up & working! Wow.. iMean NO help! Too much money spent for all these problems to exist

The property was beautiful and a Christmas tree had been added for a festive touch. We had everything we needed.

Do not recommend Washer worked, dryer was broken. They had to bring us more towels because we couldn’t wash & dry them, & the company’s cleaning lady picked up our laundry & did it for us after we complained that we needed a dryer & they said they couldn’t fix the dryer until a few days later... they tried to accommodate this one need as we expressed this was our biggest concern... I wouldn’t leave such a negative review if there weren’t so many other things wrong with the cabin, & their response was that they were knowledgeable of these things but haven’t had time to fix these things because it’s been busy. IMO if you’re paying Thousand of dollars for your stay then you should have all things in good working condition & that is not what we experienced here! Listed with 3 TVs in living room, 1 of which is broken, &there’s one remote that controlled both TVs, which can be annoying when trying to change a channel or turn on a movie on only one TV. The toilet constantly ran water. Breaker for bedroom 1 kept tripping so the lights/fan/outlets didn’t work in there. The beds in the loft creak SO bad. Not sure if this is normal but the hot tub water was merky/green the first day we got there & the duration of our stay... it was listed on their instructions that the pool maintenance would come on Sunday, but they came on a Tuesday & only serviced the pool. Pool heater did not work so it was freezing, and the dehumidifier in the pool room did not work so it was insanely humid in there. AC doesn’t work in there so it’s extremely hot & humid, yet cold water in the pool. The ceiling was also falling in on the pool room. & the control box outside the pool room had hanging wires that were taped together. The back doors from the pool room do not open because the locks were so rusty. We dealt with the merky hot tub water & got in the hot tub most of the trip instead. Surround sound did not work in the theatre room, & the lights do not dim. There was a lot trash & a kitchen knife that looked like it came from the knife block in the kitchen, all off the back balcony, whoever maintenances the property doesn’t appear to clean up the back end of the house. They Claimed they sent somebody 3 times to fix these things (&more)but we didn’t answer, There was no communication to us about that.. so we proceeded to tell them to send somebody without us there, & that didn’t happen.

Had a wonderful time. Only problem was the missing code for check in but my girlfriend called and they immediately helped us out. Also the power went out in one of the bedrooms but other than that everything went great.

This was a great experience! The check in process could not have been easier. Communication was fast. Great location that was near everything. The house was beautiful! It was comfortable and pleasing. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after a long day of site-seeing. We loved it so much, we didn’t want to leave.
