Wow! Very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was great. So easy having Whole Foods downstairs.

The apartment is great. Kitchen is well stocked and nicely appointed. Bed is comfortable. AC unit works well though the fan is a *bit* loud (but nothing out of the ordinary). The Sonder app is quite good. The only downside is that, as soon as your checkout time expires, you lose all access to the reservation details. So, if you forget any detail - say the lockbox pin to return your keys - you need to ask customer support. So save all the codes and details as there's no access to historical data once the reservation expires. I love Tempe. The new Local is amazing, right on top of the whole foods. The pools are great. Didn't use the gym or lounge/office, but they looked very nice. Hard to imagine we were like half the price of a "suite" hotel with kitchens for something like 2-3X as nice. HIGHLY recommended.

The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Nicely furnished and decorated. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Excellent fitness and pool facilities.

We loved our stay. What's nice about this VRBO is that not only do you gain all the amenities inside the apartment, but, one has access to the pool, barbeque, fitness center, and lounging areas and Whole Foods is downstairs! This was the best!

Our one bedroom with balcony was great. Check-in and out process was very easy and convenient and the common areas were spacious and beautiful. The handful of work spaces came in handy for us. The property is in walking distance to some good restaurants. The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is due to the strong cannabis smell in the halls and on the balcony. Fortunately it was not a problem in our unit.

I was there for almost two months. I felt trapped inside the apartment because that side of the building faces an indoor parking building and all you can see is the inside of garage. To see the sky from that particular unit, you would needed to get close to the window and look up. The kitchen was nice and bright, but the rest of the apartment was dark. However, there was too much light entering the bedroom from the parking garage making really hard for me to fall asleep. I ended up buying a rod and a dark curtain to make the room dark enough for me to be able to sleep. To watch tv you need to download an app that will cost you a 1-time payment of $20. Not great! The apartment itself was nice, but my overall experience wasn’t great. I was hoping for a Mountain View like it shows on the listing, but all I could see from inside was a parking garage. I understand the listing says you will get one of these units, but I’m guessing most of the apartments they rent on here are on the same side of the building. I’m sure some are nice. Bad luck for me! The one thing I loved the most was having whole foods a few steps away from the unit. I also loved the area. It was nice and safe! Many homeless people in the streets, but I never had an issue them.

We really enjoyed the location, especially with Whole Foods right downstairs. Beautiful pool area!!! Resturants close by to walk to and it was very safe. Felt like a loft apartment and home away from home. Would stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay. Great location and lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet and we had all the amenities we needed. My only issue was the lighting in the bedroom. The two wall sconces by the bed were more like desk lamps. Also, a streaming provider is needed to watch TV. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Room and location exceeded my expectations. Very nice that it was on top of a Whole Foods so very convenient to grab and go food and bring it back to the room easily. Coffee grounds and Coffee maker was good. The shower water pressure was a bit low but was manageable. I'd recommend others to stay here and would stay here again myself.

Mill ave is in walking distance, I brought my wife here for her birthday weekend and it was quite and perfect for a little get away. Many restaurants near by as well.

Difficult to get into the place if you are not used to receptionless check-in. We only got in because we accidentally ran into an actual human-being working for SONDER… Messages answered in about 24 hours, not sufficient for immediate questions and situations.

The rental was paid in full and the funds were taken out of my account. When I called to let them know I would be late checking in I found out that the reservation was canceled. No one could say why or how it was canceled. No accommodations were made for me and I had to scramble to get another booking through another site. Very disappointing.

This location is right in the heart of Tempe close to restaurants and only a short drive to downtown Phoenix. Very safe and secure building with great amenities. Having a Whole Foods in the building was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was cute and well stocked. I’d definitely stay here again!

A friend and I came down here to stay for 5 days and it was great. The apartment is very clean and looks just like the pictures. There are a few essentials like salt, pepper, and they even leave olive oil for you to cook with. The check in process was a little confusing and we did end up having an early flight and having to sit with our luggage for 4 hours before being able to check in. They were not clear that luggage storage was in a complete separate location miles away and since we did not have a car this was an issue. However you can use the amenities while waiting hauling your luggage around with you. Each room I believe has a balcony which is nice and you get free parking and use of all amenities. It was very convenient to have a Whole Foods right in the complex. Whenever you need anything extra an employee brings it right up to your door. The space is smaller but everything is super nice and updated. Had a lovely stay overall.

While we enjoyed this place, for the cost we would have expected a way better bed. It was small, hard and uncomfortable. Prior to arrival we received an email saying our door code had been updated, but it was the same code. Unfortunately it didn't work on the door, and we had to call customer service. She handled it very quickly though and gave us a new code that worked. Everything else about the place is great though. It's above Whole Foods which is super convenient. The neighborhood has lots to do and great food. We used the rentable scooters to get around and saved the cost of a rental car. We didn't get to the pool area, but it looked really nice.
