This room was a good value. It was as described. It is budget friendly, independent accomodations, and it was clean. It is not a hotel with staff and they tell you that in the description, but the owners responded quickly to messages. Everything worked well, including the internet in my room. I was able to work 28 hours on video calls with no problems. The room I booked was perfect for my job, with a desk, comfy chair, and good lighting. If you read the details and know what you are booking and follow the directions, you won't be disappointed. I have paid more for dorm beds in LA Paz than this private ensuite room.

Advertised as close to the centre, but it's not. Had to take uber. I like walking, but it was too far. Problem with check in, was send a wrong code. After all solved, but stressful

I’ve liked nothing.

It was awful to sleep there, basically our room was next to the exterior hallway where they were a row of lights turned on ALL NIGHT long. Was impossible to sleep there because there were only some really thin transparent curtains that were letting all the light in. In addition, the shower was also really bad. Really few water was coming out and it was kind of cold. At the middle of the shower the water stopped running and I couldn’t continue cleaning myself.

Full of cockroaches, we found so many cockroaches all over the room and the bathroom, don't stay in this disgusting place, it's cheap but you would regret it.

Cockroaches all over the place!!! Also is so hot inside, impossible to have a good night sleep!! Spend more and have a good experience in La Paz.

Complicated check in due to booking English translation

Hello my english speaking friends. Let me tell you some facts about this place. It is extremely cheap, obviously, so you cannot complain about the room. It was a very basic place. Very utilitarian . I got weak WiFi from the room. Wifi was very strong down by the entrance to the hotel where you can sit on some stools and use it. There is no concierge or reception. When you book the hotel they will send you an email telling you to call them or whatsapp them to find your room number. Whatsapp wasn't working for me so I called them and had to figure out what the person was telling me in spanish. They told me my room was "seis planta alta" which I was like "um what's that" but eventually figured out it was room 6 on the second floor. Then when you arrive you get your room keys from a lock box, because again, there will be no workers there. The location of the place is decent - its like 10 minutes by car to the main strip and there is street parking. Overall I recommend this place as a cheap option.

Have two bed, one hide under the other. Hot water in the bathroom.

Don't have air conditioning or funtional fan. (There was one but didn't work)

it’s quiet and safe

A little bit far from everything, finding food is quite a challenge if you are travelling alone because you can’t use Uber, the food required is so much for one person and the fact there is no fridge nor a microwave. but other than that, it’s clean and comfortable though the hot water can be improved.

Owner flatly refused to bring an extra set of KEYS to let me in when I FORGOT MY KEYS INSIDE ROOM. Had to telephone a Locksmith for Service (which cost me 200 Mexican Pesos and NO RECEIPT was provided). Would have dearly loved to have an Extra Blanket! There was no direct means for contacting Reception!!!
