Very clean, has everything we needed,worth the money

The room was nicer than expected (pictures don't do it justice). Patricia was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. The room was large, had a beautifully updated bathroom. When the renovation for the entrance is complete it will be a lovely little hotel.

The hot water ran out very quickly (halfway through washing my hair) and meant my partner did not get to shower until the next morning (not sure if due to another person using, or small amount provided). The bed was comfortable however it was extremely noisy and every time I'd roll over, I would wake my partner (and same for me when he moved). There was quit a lot of noise - some neighbours were watching loud television and there is not much sound proofing, so we heard everytime they went in and out of their room (a lot of times)! The outside of the building does not have any signage so it was a little difficult to find. We had to get in touch with Patricia and let her know we'd arrived and she was quick to get there and let us in!

The host is super friendly and available in case of questions. You can park close to the building and can reach the city center easiliy by bus within 10 minutes. The room was clean, especially the bathroom is super nice and renovated.

It is located close to the main road so you hear traffic and sirens

Reception is very friendly and they make you feel welcomed. The room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. I'd loved to come again.

The owner was nice

On booking.com they wrote they have AC. There's a big difference between AC and a fan. Only one power outlet. We were expecting a big building like the one in their photos but when we got there it was just a couple of apartments transformed into hotel rooms at the ground floor of tenant building

The personel was friendly, room has all necessary stuff.

It was said the parking on site, but actually parking only in public places and there was none arround. Mattras is very soft. The hotel is located near the emergency and big street with 24 hours heavy traffic so very noisy during the night. No airconditioner.
