The location was great for going to the beach and the train station. It was a bit busy because of it's location but it was very convenient for everything we needed.

It was a busy area. The air conditioner was either very cold or off. We asked to have it looked at but it never was fixed. We made do, turning it on when it got too hot and then just turning it off. At least there was air conditioning because we found that is something you can't always count on when traveling in Europe.

Terrible property and customer service. There was no running water when we woke up in the morning and when we called the emergency number they told us there was a water strike and the mayor shut down the water which was a load of BS as the water came back on in 30 mins

No tea or coffee available before breakfast at 8.30 am. Room was not clean and staff not really friendly or helpful

Great value for money. Excellent Location. Room had what you need for short stays. Great costumer service. Parking and train station close by. Great place to stay if you are going for the cinque terre hikes!

Room was small. Parking is a bit pricy, but fine for short stays. Would also be nice with some complimentary water on arrival.

Location was good except for late night noise due to undisclosed soccer games directly across from the location.

Noise. Lack of information from site and staff. Building upkeep poor. Breakfast served so late as to be useless for anyone hiking.

AWESOME LOCATION!

Great location easy to get to from train . Very friendly staff , quick check in . Very comfortable bed , great shower , strong air conditioner. Very clean.

nothing worked! safety box didn’t work upon arrival, shower was blocked and the water would not drain. There was no plug in the hand basin so it was impossible to catch any water.

We loved breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the sea. It was great to go up there late afternoon as well to enjoy a drink in the sun. We had the place top ourselves! We loved our wrap around balcony for evening drinks with views to the sea but also watching the world go by on the street below. The location of the hotel is excellent - not too far at all from the train station but leaving the crowds behind. The old town is an evening stroll away for restaurants there but there are many restaurants along the water front within a few minutes walk. We sat and ate on the balcony a couple of nights with fresh produce from the little supermarket next door to the hotel with beers from the minibar and an excellent bottle of local house wine from the bar downstairs. Would definitely book again if we visit the Cinque Terre again.

We enjoy walking and as the weather was hot in June we would have liked breakfast a little earlier than 8.30 to make an earlier start on the trails - but that’s just a suggestion. Otherwise we loved the hotel.

The mattress sagged and was very uncomfortable.. The staff did not seem to care.

A little out of the main part of town. A big of a walk from the train but not too far.

Loved the view from our balcony. Good choice at Continental breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Quiet location with a short stroll to the beach or 10mins to the old town.

Shower room a little dated but spotless.

The location was convenient to everything in Monterosso. We loved the little private balcony with views of the sea. The breakfast on the rooftop was very nice, too. We were able to borrow beach towels for swimming. It was nice that the desk was staffed from early in the morning until late at night.

There was a soccer pitch across from the hotel that could be a little noisy until about midnight — but only if we left the windows open. With them closed and the air on, we didn’t hear anything.

Location was amazing, so close to the beaches on the "new" side of town yet easy walking distance to the cute, quaint "old" town.

The housekeepers supply closet was located INSIDE our room. This was a bit awkward the first morning at 9:30-10am when she insisted on coming in. But we quickly realized and just planned to be out of the room every morning by 9:30.
