The location could not be any better. Very spacious apartment and clean. Great value for money

The walls are very thin. We had young boys next door to us having a party. We could hear absolutley everything. I have texted the host and they have sorted it out pretty quick

Great communication from booking through to arrival/departure. There was someone on reception until midnight everyday, which was good (not that we needed any assistance). The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect - straight into the heart of Wenceslas Square with good public transport connections (tram, metro). Collection from and to the airport was arranged for us and this worked very well. We didn't notice any traffice noise during the night and all slept well on comfy beds. On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage with reception which meant that we didn't have to take it with us when enjoying our last few hours.

Nous étions en RDC : bruits de la rue( supportable..) mais accès boîte de nuit juste en face ( fumeurs, entrées et sorties jusque milieu de nuit)

The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The apartment is right next to the city center, very good location. The decoration was nice too.

We were given a small apartment (perhaps 20m2), that was not featured in photos on Booking. It was on the ground floor, right next to the reception. Not soundproof. That means you could hear most of what's happening outside the window, and everything that's happening inside at the reception. No coat-hanger, no towel-holder either. There were pots to cook in, but no hotplates to cook with. Very cramped, hardly any space to open the luggage on the floor. I could not find the switch for the light and had to ask the kind host at the reception, it is hidden between a wall and a cabinet. It feels like the apartment needs more work before it can be rent. I'm sure adding a door between the intrance/kitchen and the bedroom would help with the noise.
