The hotel was nice, very modern look.
I did not like that the valet parking attendant, broke something in my vehicle.

Die Lage ist außerhalb von Downtown Washington in Bethesda. Dort ist es sehr sauber und ordentlich. Viele kleinere Geschäfte in Laufnähe. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist stylisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem.
Die Roof TopBar ist wirklich sehr schön und das Essen dort sowie auch im Restaurant war super! Das Personal dort war klasse.
Der Check in war eine einzige Katastrophe- das Personal hat keinerlei Ahnung von dem was es tut, so etwas habe ich zum Glück noch nie erlebt.
Auf den Zimmer gibt es keine Bademäntel, Slipper oder den üblichen Komfort wie turning Down am Abend. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist zwar gut, geschieht jedoch nur auf Anfrage an der Rezeption und dann irgendwann am Tag- meist nachmittags. Zettel und Stifte sind nicht auf dem Zimmer verfügbar die Minibar ist leer.
Für den Preis und für die Hotelkategorie erwarte ich deutlich mehr, Service existiert schlicht nicht.
Schlimm war auch das die Klimaanlage die einzige Möglichkeit war Frischluft ins Zimmer zu lassen, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden.

I was here for a funeral- used to live in bethesda, md. I loved location and the room was very comfortable. it was quiet on my floor which I appreciated since I was coming and going to support my bereaved friends.
ordered some 'to go' food at the bar that took quite a long time. would have been nicer if they just said , its going to take a while (over 25/30 mins) for your appetizers, why dont we bring them up to your room?

The lobby is gorgeous! The king room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice.
Woodmont Ave is quite busy so exiting the property can be a slight hassle.

The room was really nice, with comfy beds and a gorgeous bathroom. The rooftop bar was beautiful, and the breakfast at the restaurant was very good.
The $6 bottles of water in the room were pretty expensive... complimentary bottles of water were available at the front desk, but we didn't realize that until we checked out! The "party music" out on the rooftop bar was too loud for us... maybe create an area where the music can't be heard?

It was a beautiful decently clean hotel
I didn’t like that the breakfast was $15 per person every morning and we couldn’t even see what the breakfast was before spending money! There was no vending or market in the hotel! Had to walk all the way to a CVS for anything.

I think the idea of charging $6 for a bottle of water sucks, especially when at the front desk they will give you water if you ask. The front desk upon check in did not make this offer. The Hyatt does not charge. I also think
complimentary coffee in the lobby would be a convenience as most places where we have stayed do.

Everything! The hotel is very modern. It is clean and modern with update to date amenities. The staff are all professional and helpful. The food is good. The location was perfect for us! We loved staying there!
