The front desk person was not friendly and helpful. The hotel room was dark. There was no comfortable chair. The overall service was not good. The staff were all not helpful. They just stand around and talk loudly to each other.

This is our second stay at the hotel. It's modern, clean, and our standard rooms have been spacious. Excellent location; very close to many dining and shopping options, and public transportation.

My husband twisted ankle badly in the parking lot by a big gap at the wheelchair ramp. The front desk told us we are not the first victim. We file a complaint with the manager and left our contact info. Our family trip was ruined because of the accident. It has been 10 days and no one contact us. Disappointed!

Both Front Desk/Office and Backoffice/Maintenance staff maintained consistent great Customer Service. The Bar staff needs further encouragement/training to complete the trifecta with the Front/back Office because I had two unpleasant encounters with the Bar personnel.

The hotel is in a great spot. The hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The glass bathroom doors are terrible! They are loud, heavy and don’t stay closed. Additionally, the day of checkout housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:15am to clean the room even though check out was at 12pm. The front desk was notified and all that was said was we will let the manager know.

We didn't like that there wasn't a pool. We did like the restaurant. The rroms were quiet and comfortable. Our room looked directly into an office building. Finding the entrane was a challenge, especially if you arrive after dark.

Great place to stay in Bethesda. Great room and great exercise facility. Service was first rate as well. Fully enjoyed the hotel and the wonderful city of Bethesda. I couldn’t ask for more.

My arrival was perfect and I was accommodated into my room smoothly, but I ask for a late check out @1pm and this man with a clipboard just uses his master key to walk into my room and I am woman staying alone and I’m sure he was aware of my late check out doesn’t make it right for him to come into my room which was actually really creepy. I should have been compensated my entire not given a free drink card. The hotel was beautiful and employees were super nice and sweet but that one person.

Returned at midnight to our room, key won't work. We have to stand around for an hour (no exaggeration) for door lock to be fixed. Compensation from hotel? Free coffee. I would never recommend this hotel or chain to anyone since their petty profit is clearly more important than customer satisfaction

Poor staff. They will give your room away you paid for. I waited 45 minutes for an agent to go check every room to make sure it was clean. Poor communication between staff. They have limited parking for hotel so you will have to share parking with another establishment. Just park in the garage across the street it’s free on the weekends and holidays. I’m very disappointed with them. Clean room that’s the only decent thing about this place.

The facility was new and clean and it had an on-site bar and Cafe with an outdoor patio. All good things. However. Room AC was under some Master control that either had it too hot or too cold. They tried to fix it twice to not much avail until the very last night. Would prefer staying at the Marriott hotel corporate location. Same price far better experience

We stayed at the AC Hotel Marriott Bethesda Downtown in order to be close to family living in Maryland and Virginia. We had a family meeting at the AC BD and were delighted with the space, wifi, and service. Water and glasses were provided without asking. Arranging for the meeting room went very smoothly and the staff answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. Our hotel room was very comfortable, clean and the right size for two adults. The bathroom sink had surfaces to put out our toiletries. The shower was wonderful - spacious and good water pressure. We stayed 3 nights.
