I Reddick friendly staff. Common areas are very clean. Room was fantastic.

Traveling with my family I always look for hotel that offers a home style comfort and this place did just that, I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable this place was and I’m looking forward to going there again

When we needed a place to stay at the last minute, we found this gem and loved it. The customer service was awesome, the rooms were wonderful and comfortable, and breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it!

Wonderful experience! The staff was so kind and patient with my kids. They had an amazing free breakfast and the rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was spotless. We requested linens for the sofa bed and they were brought to expeditiously. The interior of the hotel is modern, which I appreciated.

The only complaint is that there isn't a towel rack close to the shower.

Very friendly staff. That's the first impression that made the rest of the day go smoothly. They were accommodating and understanding of families with kids. Definitely worth the stay and future revisits.

There’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel so some amenities are not available or are limited. It didn’t bother me too much but the fact that laundry service is unavailable, even though it’s advertised on their website, was really annoying. They pushed a service called “Rinse” and had a rather misleading “$50 credit”. A normal load of laundry would cost about $5 and I ended up having to pay $50 for a small load of laundry. I know it might be a small thing but when you’re planning on having that service it’s frustrating when it’s not available. And frankly, at $300+ a night they should just give you a free load once a week if their on site laundry is not working as advertised.

Everything was clean. Walkable to metro. Wonderful breakfast selection. Our family really enjoyed this place.
Be aware it is 35 a night for valet parking.

The Staff is super friendly and helpful to us out of towners. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a window that did not lock, which allowed a little more noise for the streets in the room. Heads up the rooms that have kitchens, there is no oven only a 2 burner stove top. There is a dishwasher and refrigerator. One of the two elevators work off and on. My husband and mother was stuck in one for a short time. Close to food and shopping both within walking distance, 2-3 blocks. Overall experience was great!! We would stay again if in the area.

The Marriott is notoriously known for "horrible lighting"!!! Two small lights on each side of the bed, no overhead light,no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, terrible light there too! Our room was against another building so hardly any sunlight to help the situation! As a woman who uses make-up, how are you suppose to prepare for an event? Not good enough....

While the hallways are older, the rest of the hotel is very nice. Breakfast is included, so that was nice, and tasty. My room was clean and the shower/sink had great pressure. Will stay again.

Great front desk and valet service. Parking on side of building or valet. Carts were ready when we pulled up car. Room has kitchenette with pull out sofa and separate bedroom with the bathroom inside bedroom. Great pillows and blanket. Very clean and comfortable. 2 tvs. Lots of restaurants around.

The hotel was pretty clean. The location was great. Able to walk to many restaurants. The hotel itself was just kind of blah. I should have researched more, but it was nothing to it. No nice lobby or restaurant for drinks and room service. It did have a nice breakfast that was included though. Other then location, the breakfast was the best part.
Also, hotel parking was pretty expensive, so we paid for a much more affordable parking garage on walking distance to the hotel.

Ok hotel, clean. But very basic, no extras like lotions, etc in bathroom. No hotel bar or restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The location is great for getting public transportation (bus and metro) and there is a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area (walking distance). I liked having the countertop sink area to put toiletries on and appreciated the closet bar was not too high (I am quite short). Apparently they are about to do renovations which are really needed - tje place needs a refresh. Appreciated the on site laundry facility at a pretty reasonable prices.

We had an all too short stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. Our room was huge, great mattress, spotlessly clean kitchenette and bathroom. The hallways smelled so fresh and inviting not at all stale and uninviting like many hotels. Staff was professional and pleasant. And the price was reasonable! Would I recommend this place? Absolutely!
