We had the most beautiful family weekend at Cabana Daria. The location is fantastic, a lovely village away from all the buzz of the skiing resort. Access to Cabana Daria requires tyre snow chains in winter.The road gets regularly cleaned but mother nature can produce too much snow during one night alone, so make sure you have the right equipment. Make sure to save the contact number for the host as there are 10 km while getting closer to the destination where the phone signal is intermittent. The host went beyond any expectations on hospitality and were very helpful throughout our stay. The temperature in the house was perfect and it was kept warm until the early hours of the morning. Previous reviews regarding this are a bit misleading, and the central heating is fueled from outside the building. All our family had so much fun. We were also lucky to have a lot of snow. As the property is positioned high up in the mountains we had the joy of going downhill on our sleighs 🛷 on our own slope in the garden. We appreciate the beautiful lifestyle such a location has to offer and can recommend a visit here in any season.

The location is wonderful with breathtaking views of hills, forests, haystacks as far as the eye can see. The family who own it are incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. Everything is brand new inside the apartment and spotlessly clean. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and a double bed. The rooms upstairs have wonderful views down the valley

The WiFi was really bad, if not non existent. We hadn’t realized from the description that the apartment upstairs is connected with the apartment downstairs with a staircase in the middle of the room. This means that you can hear each other talking when having supper and in the evening. If you are both respectful and fairly quiet (and I can imagine that guests choosing this location will be) there will be no problem but it is a good detail to know beforehand. The road mentioned by others is not really a problem.

The location is great, a little house on top of a hill with really nice views. We had a barbeque place, we rented the hottub as well, and the hosts were available for any requests, they are really nice hard-working people. It's a great place for a weekend getaway. The rooms we had were part of an old house and were decorated as such, and it was really nice as well.

It's not clearly mentioned in the description but there are two floors with two separate entrances, so there was another group staying at the same time as us. We really had no problem with that, eveything was fine in the end but it was just one tiny aspect that needed to be mentioned. The road is a little narrow and bad towards the end, but with a good car it's decent. The doors for the rooms are a little bit difficult to be closed so you might not get a lot of privacy.

The house is absolutely well equiped. The rooms are comfortable, thanks to the their large size and it's comfortable beds. There is a small outside hut, where you can cook and grill, or just chill in the company of some beers. All in all it's the perfect place to have a rest far from the noises of the city.

There is a bathroom and a separate toilet (without shower or bath tube) which is a big plus. The owners are very friendly. They started heater during the night beeing cold outside. We appreciated the traditional pies made by Cristina, they were very tasted! We loved the surrounding, the silence, fresh air.

Very welcoming owners, beautiful location and view. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Spacious cottage with 3 spatious rooms, comfortable beds, and a big living, also having a kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking. The owners were very friendly, available and helpful. If you plan to go there during the winter, be sure your car is equipped with all the winter accessories.

Location is just wonderful. It's a place where the time stands still. The view is absolutely amazing and the whole place seems from another world.

I suggest the landlord to place signs to direct the tourist towards the house. There is nothing to indicate where the house Daria is. Also, in the guest rooms, the landlord should remove his cloths from the wardrobes and let them be used by the tourists. We had to put our cloths on the beds. I also suggest the landlord to install an electric water heater in the bathroom. The existing one needs to light the fire in the morning and wait a couple of hours before you get decent warm water.
