Wonderful. It was super clean, the service was excellent and the stay in general was comfortable. The area was also safe. I'd like to say special thanks to the manager for checking in on us when my friend got sick, and for arranging even the smallest things like getting my suitcase fixed. Much appreciated.

Sometimes it there was a delay in the room service or we didn't exactly get what we ordered, but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Hotel policies are not as per hotels. Policies are as per hostels, homestay or even university campus hostel. First of all homef37 hotel not allow local guests with Delhi ID, when I reached at hotel around 11 pm Recepetionist told me this and only after my request that where I will go at night and it's December cold winters , than accept but nothing is written on booking.com while booking the hotel rooms this is cheating with client it is not acceptable. Secondly hotel entry and exit is Closed at 11 pm every night it is not as per other hotels , even hostels not do this and this is really annoying. hotel is very near to metro this is good, location good. But prices of this hotel is high and policies are not good not as per expectation.

Extreamly good staff. Always ready to help. Fast response. This is the most satisfying factor in Budget hotels. Oil heated room heaters are big comfort for people coming from less cold areas.

Breakfast could have been more delicious and better standard.

room is quite big and has all basic facilities: hairdryer, fan, air purifier, TV, hot water... Great location, near metro so it's very easy to travel around. Nice staff. Good breakfast with Western dishes.

The door key look a bit old and unsecured, very small elevator, max 2 person.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me book train tickets and let me check in early. Rooms were nice and clean. Area was good and close to the metro.
