Great location, easy access to home and everything was clean, stocked and cozy! Highly recommend!

We choose this because of the proximity to the National park, this is pretty much all we liked.

The building is pretty much right on the highway and could hear the traffic the whole time. The pool advertised in the add wasn't available for this unit, but apparently every other unit has access to it. Very disappointed as we booked specifically here because of it. After that, for the price I paid for 3 nights, I can't say the unit has anything that can justify it. Not enough towels or bed for 6 persons. The discussion I had with the owner was not pleasant and he was not willing to arrange a cancellation condering the amenities offered were not included for this unit. Besides when the owner talked to Booking.com customer service he told them I want to stay for free in his apartment and asked for free breakfast, what it is not true and proved by the only email communication I had with him. Booking.com customer service never contrasted facts or information with me about the situation and gave me an answer assuming true what the owner told them and dening my request. This whole situation was ongoing all my stay at this rental and not solved. I did pay in advance for a rental that did not covered the amenities offered and I had not choice or right to ask for where I paid for. I will never used booking or going to this place again.

The bunk bed is too high for young kids. The owner did specifically warn about the bunk bed and safety in the info, but still it should be stated “not suitable for younger kids”

When we booked this through Booking.com, there was hidden charges that wasn't shown. It was advertised as $150 something per night , and so ofc we grab it cause it seems the cheapest accomodation in Canmore and we are just passing by. This is not my first rodeo in booking with booking.com (90% of my accomodation was booked through them on my across the country trip) so I am pretty much aware of how it works. We booked it on our way to Canmore on the same day we were arriving. As I looked at my credit card I was charged for ~$350, there's cleaning fee of ~$100-120 plus taxes. We called the owner and he said its all booking.com and he can't do anything and we called booking.com and they are not helpful at all. No one understand our concern, we are paying more for the extra charges than what is advertised rent for a night. And if we cancel they are charging $166 which is also more than the rate/night. There's only 2 of us, staying for a night, and we spent 1-2hrs trying to negotiate but no luck. The owner doesn't know anything, booking.com is saying it all depends on the owner. And for a $120 cleaning fee we were asked to put our garbage in the outside bin, I mean we have no problem with that but everything was overcharged. And we left the townhouse clean cause we only stayed for maybe less than 12hrs. I hope next time the charges are not hidden. It felt like a scam. Trying to advertised for a lower rate and ended paying more of the extra charges.?!
