Not a bad word to say about this place. I will definitely be staying here again. Thankyou. It honestly felt like home and if you guys were to sell this home I’d be buying lol! Thankyou for a great stay!

I liked that there was a bottle of milk left in the fridge and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar for us to enjoy during our stay.

I asked if we could get into the property a little earlier, say 1-2 p.m. as we were leaving Kent at 7.30 a.m. as we had to attend a funeral that day and would need to freshen up and get changed, but were informed that was not possible.

it was clean, comfortable and close to where we wanted to be.

The dishwasher didn’t work and the squeaky floorboards upstairs were quite noisy if you had to get up in the middle of the night.

A beautiful very well equipped newer home with 3 nice sized bedrooms each with own closet, 2 full bathrooms, and a separate downstairs toilet! Gorgeous modern appliances, comfortable beds with beautiful bedding, open plan layout, private driveway, and lovely private fenced in garden and stone patio area! Excellent host, very accommodating and easy to contact. Arrived to find farm fresh eggs and a pint of milk in the refrigerator, along with a welcome tray of tea, coffee and cookies! Lockbox with house keys are convenient and easy to use. Local pub just steps away! A very nice clean holiday cottage just a few minutes drive from the town of Colne. An excellent deal!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Main TV in living room only. Bedrooms did not have TV's. Not really an issues as we were out and about most of the time, and the 2 back bedrooms have beautiful views!!!

The house is beautifully arranged and very well cared for. Also the host is incredibly helpful and left us a nice card with information and also a nice welcoming tea tray, milk and eggs. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area

everyone loved the property and said it was really a lovely place to stay, with easy parking etc. We even had a bottle of prosecco left for us and were sad we forgot it when we left!!

Good location,next to pub (very pleasant!) and across the road was the well-stocked shop. Very friendly and helpful people.

The staircase in the house would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.
