The room's beds were comfortable & the room was clean & I liked having the balcony facing the street. I also liked having a safe & refrigerator & microwave in the room. Internet was strong & didn.t boot you off. Staff was nice & helpful especially when key cards didn't work right after registration process.

The hallways with no air conditioning. The elevator that worked when it wanted to work while we melted from the heat in the hallway. The chairs at the pool were dry rotted and every other one had a hole in it & most backs were broken and would not stay in an upright position. The pool had no trashcan whatsoever. Had to ask for pool to be opened at 9:30am & it was supposed to open at 9am. The advertisement for the room stated it was close to beach & 2 blocks is not close when carrying beach stuff & I was not able to due to a medical condition of 3 broken ribs. The room we had faced the street with a balcony & the traffic & people were loud until 2am in the morning both Friday & Saturday night of our stay. So, I tried to go to sleep but it was loud. Then the balcony room facing the street was not as nice at 2 am in the morning. For the cost of what we paid at almost $180 per night I expected much better with amenities & overall appearance of the place. It was run down & needed help when you stepped outside the rooms. Check in was extremely slow & then our key cards didn't work. Overall, I won't be staying here again b/c of updates that need to take place & the noise level at night is way too loud!!

Location, price, and the staff were terrific!

The faculty could use a little tlc. A good scrubbing of the bathroom vent covers, ac units, and baseboards. Someone that patch walls and a complete paint job on walls , ceilings and all doors. Patching up paint takes away from the building.. lose the weird green color .

Our stay was very comfortable, the room was clean and well presented. Thank you House keeping. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mr. Omar. Very happy there was a washer/ dryer on site that was only $2 each, front desk will give you change! Nice hot showers, microwave and refrigerator in rooms were clean. The price was good. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area next.

The heat could have been better and the building is older. The price is great and you get what you pay for.

Amount of space kitchen

We have been at this location a number of times throughout 2023 and this stay beginning November 28th 2023 to present while relocating to Myrtle Beach. The entire staff from Management to housekeeping have been nothing but professional. The rates, rooms, location and accommodations are excellent. I must commend them on the manner they held guest and the way they exceed our expectations on providing a safe and secure environment. This has become our home away from home.
