The staff was exceptional courteous and efficient and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Cindy at the front desk was excellent she went out of her way to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly and made we were completely satisified with the facility, our room and meals and service. I highly recommend this motel

Gave us a room that had a couple in the bed having sex and smoking weed. My husband daughter and myself got the shock of a lifetime when we opened the door. Went down stairs to inform the clerks and all they said was oops are you sure . Yes I am sure the room had someone in it. They gave us a different room with a view of the roof and you could not adjust the temp in the room. No internet

no shuttle to the airport. we had to use a cab that cost us 20$ with tip. staying at your place, shuttle service was the reason why. you have no service before 6 am.. Disappointing.

We were there to meet family for special event so we didn't need any extras. Your employees were very helpful and polite.

the rooms were kind of expensive so i was disappointed to find out the next morning their was no complimentary breakfast; the prices were high just for breakfast i paid $16 for eggs and French toast

The outside ( nearest the mall) would take awhile to close when leaving out or coming in. dit doesn’t seem very safe because someone could easily come in behind you. Please fix.
