Clean, big, curtains for the bed, shower in the room, beers, waffles and coffees

Localização muito boa, fácil acesso a transporte público e zona de trânsito de carros para taxi e Uber. Janelas grossas garantiram o sossego da rua, quarto amplo, bem iluminado e arejado também. Camas bem confortáveis e café da manhã bem serviço, com boas opções. Wifi era bom no quarto e no térreo também, gratuito (perante cadastro). Staff super atenciosos, alguns falavam português inclusive. Opção de locker para deixar as malas, e lavanderia simples, com máquinas de lava e seca (1 de cada).
O térreo tinha um cheiro constante de ralo de lavanderia, que incomodava um pouco. O banheiro tinha o mesmo cheiro, pois não tem janela de ventilação, e tinha um piso ripado antes da área molhada do chuveiro, com um ralo embaixo. O cheiro parecia vir dali também. Ficamos uma manhã sem água quente, mas foi tranquilo de resolver.
Usamos a lavanderia, e deu problema no filtro de ar, perdi 1 secagem (3 euros), que não reembolsaram mesmo falando que tinha feito 2 pagamentos.

Everybody was nice. Hosts and guests! Position is optimal for reaching major attractions. The hostel is clean and the beds very comfortable. I stayed in a six-female room and I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers

Ubicación perfecta para visitar todo el centro de Bruselas. La zona común muy cómoda y agradable. Buen desayuno. La habitación muy pequeña pero la cama muy grande y cómoda.
En general bien pero viajamos con un bebé y la habitación doble se queda muy pequeña con la cuna. Aún así, si viajas en pareja, es perfecto.

The hostel is in a fantastic central location, near to everywhere we wanted to visit. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We visited with our two young children and we found the hostel was perfect for families. The breakfast was very tasty and our daughter particularly enjoyed the pancakes! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back one day!

One of the better hostels I’ve stayed in whilst in Europe. It actually felt like a hostel with staff being friendly and lots of other guests in the bar socializing. Room was comfortable and the shower was good.
A little on the expensive side for a hostel but it was nice and a free beer on arrival helped

Mooi hostel, en ook nog is schoon! Daarbij heb ik heerlijk geslapen in het bed, waarbij je met gordijntjes meer privacy kan creëren. Ook vriendelijk personeel. Het beste hostel waar ik ooit ben geweest.

Très bonne situation géographique et de supers espaces de vie dans l'auberge, accessibles jour et nuit ! Les chambres sont bien isolées du bruit extérieur, les lits dans les dortoirs assez confortables. Il y a des toilettes, un lavabo avec savon et des douches dans chaque chambre. Chaque lit est surmonté d'une prise et d'une petite lumière. Top ! :)

Staff is really friendly and helpful there! Rooms are clean and bunkbeds with curtains. Bedsheets nice and clean.
Location is just perfect!
There is no common kitchen where you can do your own coffee or food. Breakfast was good but little too expencive for this average choice.
In the bunkbed bedrooms sink is in the room. So you cant sleep much if last one is washing in the middle of night and first one early in the morning.

À quelques pas de la Grand-Place et du Centre, personnel adorable et petit déjeuner copieux dans un cadre très agréable. Accueil souriant au plein milieu de la nuit. Et puisque tous les snacks étaient déjà fermés, le gardien ne pouvait s'empêcher de ramener quelques fruits ainsi qu'une petite part de gâteau. Merci de tout coeur!

La ubicación es buena, es muy limpio, cuenta con un buen lobby, los cuartos y camas son cómodos. Además, el baño, aunque esté dentro de la misma habitación, su uso es bastante privado y silencioso.

The staff were kindly, This was one of the best hostel I have stayed, I only won't give 10 for the hostel because of two things that they need to improve: the wifi was horrible, and the room was to much warm.

El lugar es maravilloso, limpio, y súper bien ubicado. LAs instalaciones están muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, el ambiente inmejorable. Sin duda repetiría!

Todos los días 2x1 en cervezas 2 horas al día y los findes karaoke, música en directo, y más cosas está genial.

Excelente ubicación, en el corazón de Bruselas. Buena atención del personal, instalaciones muy cómodas y muy lindas bien mantenidas limpias y excelente diseño de interiores. La habitación era de 6 camas y tenían cortinas para su privacidad, la ducha y el salón del bater estaban separados pero dentro de la habitación, daba gusto ducharse, muy limpio y moderno. No tuve quejas.

there was a loud noise (unknown reason) in the room. I asked for switching room and was not allowed. Then, I asked for refund and the staff refused cuz i have used the bed. How ridiculous the rationale was. The staff was extremely not helpful and the experience was really bad.

Y no había leche caliente en el desayuno a no ser que se lo pidas al responsable del bar.

Posizione ottima centrale, vicino alle stazioni del treno e alla grand place.
Scomodo un solo bagno in camera, sarebbe stato meglio avere anche dei bagni in comune (con docce) nel piano come negli ostelli.
Dopo aver fatto la doccia usciva un odore sgradevole da quest’ultima.
L’acqua non scorreva via bene dal lavandino lasciando intasato.
Armadietto troppo piccolo non vi era un appendi giubbotti.

The hostel is pretty well located, just 5 minute walk from the main square. As for the rooms, you get to have privacy. Beds were comfortable.
