The location was great, it’s near most of the cute cafes and famous beach clubs such as Finns and Atlas. However, keep in mind that if you’re looking for a quiet place, this may not be it because of how close the hotel is to the beach clubs.

We stayed at the suite with private pool. I think the overall maintenance of the room needs improvement. We found that the room floor and surfaces were pretty dusty when we got there (no hotel slippers unfortunately). Also, the water system had some issues so the shower and sinks were not working well.

The rooms were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The only complaining I have is the noise from Finns but as I was outmost of the time this wasn’t a huge issue

one word, COMFY! This hotel is giving you a true vacation vibes. The room was really clean, the bed makes me really sleepy because it's so comfortable hahah. The staff deserve a 10 cause they are perfect. Really fast services, warm gesture, always smiling and precisely really talkative. I love this hotel so much!

White Goose is a hidden gem in Canggu. only 5 steps to berawa beach, surrounded by cool beach clubs and bars. Everything was perfect. Breakfast is amazing, it's really nice, i would definitely come back to this hotel. 100% recommended!

This hotel makes my stay in Canggu memorable and feels like home. the staff are really warm and friendly, the services are top and the hotel is surrounded by beach clubs and cool bars, also they have a good restaurant Milano where they serve really good cocktails dan italian food! 100% recommend

The moment I arrived I felt right at home, you are in a busy area staying in Canggu and the team were so helpful with everything. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, I even had a working desk set up for me since they knew I had to be working. Loved it thank you White Goose for making my stay one I wouldn't forget! We will definitely be back.

1. Room was dirty upon arrival - towels and curtains were stained with a red substance. Once we told the staff it was changed immediately however this should have been checked prior to arrival. 2. The pool directly in front of our room was murky & swamp like. Again, once we asked it to be cleaned it was however we did pay extra for direct pool access and you’d expect it to be clean and useable. It took a day for it to be in working order. 3. Basic amenities were not automatically replaced when our room was cleaned (towels and toilet paper). 4. Wi-Fi was essentially not useable 5. We had 2 workers enter our room using the side door at 2am. We addressed this with the hotel and they couldn’t really provide a clear reason as to why (said it was the restaurant workers accidentally coming to clean plates but we never ordered room service and the restaurant shuts at midnight)

Cleanliness- room was sandy, there were a lot of bugs and flies, and toilet flush and sink kept clogging.

amazing decor and loved the pool, bed was very comfy and room was so comfortable and airy. loved the outdoor bath and the facilities provided in the bathroom too.

there was some sand at the bottom of the curtains and the location was not as close to the main centre as we thought.

The staff was very friendly and the outside area and the interior of the room looked good (on the pictures)

The property was dirty, with no warm water, the toilet didn't flush, the towels smelled weird, and the shower had a lot of mold on the walls. If you like to sleep early remind to bring your earplugs because of the clubs next to the hotel.

- location was great - modern pleasant bedroom - loved the chocolates they delivered to the room each night, yum! - good atmosphere and live music - loved the duck!

- food choices for breakfast and dinner were quite limited - people “reserving” the very few sun loungers at the pool but not using them at all - no safe in the room

Loved this hotel! So beautifully put together and Lucy the duck 🦆 is the cutest! The only thing that was a slight bummer was the noise of the beach clubs cause you are so close to the beach and the clubs but other then that it was perfect
