Sparse breakfast, not alot of choices. But still good

Great breakfast. Area was out of the way for the city but great for me as near hospital for visiting. Lovely staff.

Bed was hard. Hotel inside hot but rooms cool with air-conditioning.

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfy and had very good wifi in my room. Seven 11 next door and a nice Japanese Restaurant and Thai Food next to the Hotel. Staff was helpful in booking a Taxi from the Hotel.

The location is abit too far from any shopping malls or nightlife.

Good service-mind staff and affordable price.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, also breakfast need improvement and keep it warm at all time.

Room

Price not worth with the facility and service. Location is not match with the price. It was mentioned 5 star but for me gave 3.5 star. Lobby area no air con when arrived and it looked Hugh but no lighting and no people.

Breakfast was cold on delivery and first morning did not hear knock on door and it was very cold by the time we ate it. There should have been an opportunity to request a time of delivery. 6.30 am is a bit early for some on holidays. Booked through Bookong.com and payment had not come through buy the time we left. No fault of hotel but it was a bit uneasy when checking out. We left details and assume they received their payment as have not heard from them.

Still operating under Covid conditions when not necessary. Stayed once before and was happy but not this time. The doonas on the bed may be ok for Thai's but I have not heard of a westerner liking them. Pull on to hot, take off to cold.
