Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (western and Indian toilets), a sitting area and kitchen. We had breakfast in our rooms each morning, which was fresh and delicious and well priced.

The location was nice and 2 bed room apartment was convenient. Master bed room was spacious and cupboard arrangement was good.
Car parking facility available. Also they have arranged accommodation to car driver without any cost.
All ordered home made food was tasty.
Mountain view from the balcony was nice.
Hospitality was exceptional and provided their assistance when we need.
The spacious kitchen was missing a kettle and there was no provision to prepare coffee or tea.
Didn't provide bath towels.
The accommodation was not provided with heating arrangement and require to pay additional cost to hire the heater from reception.

Great location, room service, had most amenities, some nice extras (toilet paper), great balcony view, room service for meals and snacks/drinks, TV. The guys in charge of accommodation were very nice and friendly. Overall a good experience
Some limitations due to age of property and location (only one plug type), mostly it's fine and better than most accommodations such as hotels in south India region.

Liked the homestay very much. Our first time at a Kodai homestay and was among the cheapest options available. The owner was very understanding and served our needs very patiently. Special thanks to him. We got a great view of the surrounding mountains.
Location is a bit inaccessible to inexperienced drivers. Located at base of a hill, we faced a little difficulty in getting our car there and back. When we notified of this, the owner had arranged for alternate parking by the side of road so that problem was solved. Also would have appreciated wifi access since our roaming network was slow

It’s a clean and comfortable place, very good host and staff to assist for anything you need. Food is very tasty, homely and very reasonably priced as well.
Nothing on the resort itself except the access to the property is a tad difficult and for inexperienced drivers could be bit challenging to reach even though the property is only about 100 metres from the main road.
