Great location for a mum & son trip. Missing bedding for son, but quickly sorted. Communication was excellent. Did lots of walking around Braga. Caught the No.2 bus to Bom Jesus de Monte, which was stunning. Only cost €5 return for 2. Remember to have cash to leave in apartment on departure for tourist tax payment.

Only problem no lift and getting the cases up the stairs was quite challenging. Could do with a microwave, but not an issue

This is a neat and compact 1 bedroom apartment in a good central location on the edge of Braga’s historic and largely pedestrianised centre. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the train station at 400m. The apartment is perfect for two people, and the sofa converts to another bed for one or two more. It makes excellent use of the small space, with double bed, toilet, shower, kitchenette/lounge/dining area - all on the second floor (no lift) with nice street views through two windows. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, well equipped and finished to a high standard. Communications with the owner, Agostinho, before and during our stay were excellent and he was very helpful in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The apartment is 50m from Porta Romana, the main gate into the historic city from the west. Walking around the old city is the perfect way to get the feel for Braga’s many and varied sights. There are a many good restaurants close to the apartment, although convenience stores are a bit further afield, but still walkable.

During our stay, and despite requests for quiet times in the building we found our upstairs neighbours to be noisy late at night.

The apartment was nice and cosy, very good location. The owner very helpfull.

First I was afraid to sleep in a "closet" with bathroom, but it was just a little bit humid from the shower in the apartment, but it was not a tragedy. I was missing a microwave

Location was outstanding, a stone’s throw from Porta Nova. Flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
