Location was good, big rooms and big bed, bathroom was ok, secure property
We had to wait more than 10 minutes at the gate until someone opened. It seemed the manager was not aware of our coming. We were the only guests, manager was nowhere to be seen, just the maintenance guy. The carpets in our bedroom were stained, also the curtains needed a wash. I found an artificial nail on the carpet...

Beautiful, stylish and comfortable house with all facilities you can think off. We are definately coming back. Friendly staff, easy access to everything.

The place was clean, very quiet. The staff were accommodating and very friendly.
There was no electricity back up when there was load shedding, my phone battery died and the water was not hot. I didn't manage to bath before I left in the morning

Stunning and upmarket
The smell of incense and jeyes fluid was potent. It gave me terrible sinus headache. We had to sleep with the bathroom window open to be able to breathe

Warm and available hosts/staff. Went out of their ways to assist us in more ways than one: earlier check in, later check out, Uber calling!
The vastness of the windows, while great in summer, let in a harsh cold during our stay. The gas heater provided some minimal warmth.

Great location, very comfortable and clean!
Each guest should have own remote for access since not 24 hour gate service. Room keys also an issue as cleaning staff unable to get into room if you don't leave your key. Establishment need to sort these annoying issues for a guest. Advert said we had own small kitchen with microwave, not correct. There was a communal kitchen.

Location was good, and the cleaning and security staff friendly.
Wifi didn't work, with the signal not reaching the room I stayed in. The very most basic essentials isn't available in the room - No hand soap or shampoo. Room is very sparsely furnished with basics like bedside lamps not even available. The TV also didn't work. Although it is advertised as having a kitchenette, there was no cutlery available.

The property is nice and clean, the rooms have a beautiful view facing the swimming pool. Very spacious and lovely home. The reception lady was very friendly and welcoming
No basic essentials like soap, hair dryer, shower cap. The rooms and the passage were leaking during the rain. Owner should consider serving breakfast.

Beautiful house that has rooms overlooking the lovely pool area. The location is convenient and practically within walking distance from the Killarney Mall. Many areas within the house or outdoors to relax and have a good glass of wine.
The two televisions in the living areas were not connected to any networks. A leaking roof within the house on the passage during the rains when I stayed over.
