Ruhige Lage und schöne Zimmer, gutes Abendessen, Frühstück war ok, aber nicht auf einem 5-Sterne Niveau, Wasserschaden an der Wand im Zimmer, Zimmer mit Waldblick scheint es nicht zu geben, es war ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof

Das Personal sprach kaum englisch, der Spa-Bereich ist ein Witz (Mini-Sauna, ungemütlicher und stickiger Poolbereich), die Lage ist vielleicht während der Hauptsaison gut, aber der Strand war voller Müll und die Strandbars waren nicht schön

Tout commence à l’accueil de la réception par un diamant dans un écrin qui se prénomme ; Angella, Qui allié le charme, le raffinement Albanais , la délicatesse, l’élégance et une disponibilité en soulignant un professionnalisme agréable avec un soucis du détail et d’explication claire. Puis concernant la literie et la restauration elle sont a l’image du groupe Accor, D’un excellent standard et tenu par une main de Maître par Hélène, Manager qui ne laisse aucun détail et qui place le service client au coeur de toutes ces actions. Séjour parfait comme les service de bien être. Le restaurant de la plage est aussi du même standing ( top service)et le poisson est excellent. Le seul bémol qui n’est pas du même standard c’est la gestion de la propreté de la plage ( mégots de cigarette) et banc de soleil.

The deluxe room was really nice and comfortable.Although the walls might need some fresh paint as it is starting to show a few cracks. Staff at reception was very helpful, welcoming and professional. Breakfast was exceptional.

The quality of food and service at the on site restaurant was really lacking. It leaves a bad taste on the whole experience also since prices are not cheap.You should perhaps rethink your kitchen staffing as this is the second time we have issues with the restaurant for lunch. Indoor pool was nice, albeit a bit cold towards the evening making it harder to enjoy it at night time. The spa facilities(pool area in particular) was not entirely clean as there was litter across the place. Often times there was no-one at the spa reception to help us with towels and access to the salt room and hamam.

Lugnt och avkopplande ställe. Bra för barnfamiljer. Erbjuds både poolområde och strand. Trevlig och bra personal inne på hotellet och vid strandbaren.

Kuddarna till rummen var väldigt obekväma. Personalen vid poolområdet var usel.

Hotel was pretty nice, spa was good and the staff was really nice to us at all times. Breakfast was extraordinary!

Beach was unorganized, felt like a public beach. Outdoor pool was not cleaned daily, some waitresses were unnecessarily giving attention to my boyfriend.

Its the perfect place for everyone who wants to have a quiet vacation. One of my davorite place to visit also in the future again!

The hotel is beautiful and in really good shape. Our room with a dedicated balcony was marvelous. Spacious bathroom with shower and really good amenities. The view from the balcony was perfect - rustling pine trees and this refreshing breeze. The external outdoor pool was also great with the most comfortable sunbeds I have ever laid on. I would reccommend it to anyone who likes comfort and beuty.

Was a bit misinformed about spa facilities - was told that the hammam was free but did not mention that hammam treatment is paid. Also ATM fee was excessive - 8 euros for withdrawing the local currency.
