can get a bit cold but there is a heater so i would not worry about that

Cabins were nice. Not much else.

What a disappointment. We've spent 30+ years traveling throughout Costa Rica looking for placing to bring visitors. It's rare that i have to write a disappointing review, but I do this for those looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of this region. Secret Garden's customer service was definately subpar. We asked for two side by side cabins and we were told there were no other options, We were separated. And soon realized we were the only guests in the whole place! That says something! The rooms were not prepared for our arrival. they were 14° cold. The hot water didn't work in one of the cabins and the only solution they gave us was to wait 20 minutes and follow the instructions in the manual. Still nothing. By that time staff had left the premise and would not respond to our messages. We were overcharged and given a cabin with views of little other than the back of other cabins, not like the photos promoted in booking. A true disappointment. Their mission is posted at reception but not put into action.

Nice natural accomodation on wonderful place. Morning upside of clouds was like in haven.

It is necessary to know, you will be in high mountain and right ware for it.We were prepared and I can imagine, for somebody, who is not prepare for it, it could be not good surprise.
