Beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped with all you will need. Bed was comfortable , house was warm. Mary is a great host , dog friendly and milk and biscuits so you can have a nice brew once settled . The location is ideal the square offers all you can need. Nice area, easy to park up.

Spotlessly clean. Very well appointed. Some really nice touches i.e. a lovely bottle of red and some fresh eggs amongst other things. Comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Fantastic location in the centre of the square

As a pet owner, just a small suggestion, the availability of a cordless vac would have been appreciated as we would have liked to vacuum before leaving....

Lovely location in the centre of village plenty of parking there are two pubs and several shops. The flat has been tastefully refurbished and has everthing including the kitchen sink.

Beautiful apartment which was very clean and very well designed. Close to both Preston and Blackpool which was ideal for us. Super dog friendly, they left out a basket of water bowls, a towel and poo bags for the dogs which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Exceptionally comfortable and clean and in a fab location. Mary the host was helpful and on hand if we needed anything without being intrusive.

The property was clean,modern and luxurious. the host was very helpful before and during the trip even to the extent of a welcome gift of milk, home laid hens eggs, a bottle of prosecco and biscuits located in the village square all local amenities were nearby including superb pizza, fish and chips and bakery a lovely park within walking distance to walk our dog who loved it

Luxury home from home. All the kitchen facilities you could need, comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Great response and communication with the owner. Brilliant location, so close to local butchers, bakers and greengrocers. Such a friendly village, well recommended!

What a gem this apartment is! The decor and facilities are fabulous. Mary has exquisite taste and makes excellent use of the space. She's at the end of a phone call if needed.

The perfect place to spend Christmas! Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a warming ambience with all the amenities you need. We instantly felt a festive welcome 😃 complete with some delicious mince pies and even a Christmas present 🎁! We brought our dogs with us and the hosts had left a basket with food bowls and blankets to boot! Lots of special touches ontop of an already amazing and great value apartment. Would highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place! Fabulous apartment centrally situated in this lovely village, which has everything you could need on the doorstep. The decor and fittings in the apartment are 5* standard, it is well laid out and spotlessly clean. We were surprised to find some very welcome and lovely extra's left in the kitchen to consume during our stay, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

can’t say anything bad about the apartment, absolutely beautiful,just what we needed for our little break away, very luxurious and fantastic value, would recommend to anyone and hopefully will return
