The location was near Cessnock town

Was very unhygienic. Cockroaches inside the home and also all over the pool . The bugs was infested in the pool filter and surrounds..when reported to the rental management airkeeper they were not helpful and didn't provide solution. Booking.com customer service was also poor . To this date still no apology and resolution despite providing proof via video and a pictures . Nightmare of a stay , my worst experience ever and I travel frequently.

Loved the pool, kids swam everyday! For what we wanted it was perfect a home away from home and close to shops.

The bed in the main bedroom is only a double which is the same as the other rooms. My kids got their own double bed and my husband and I shared a double. Would be better if the main bedroom had a queen bed especially since we stayed 5 nights.

The house was clean and spacious. Huge TV with NetFlix is a bonus. Kitchen well equipped. Pool large enough for 7 people. Girls enjoyed swing in the lounge very much. BBQ place with plenty chairs and large table was nice place to hang out.

Little trouble while making a payment for the property. Too many terms and conditions to agree to, making you think that you might end up paying extra for simplest or normal faults. That really freaked me out.
