Το κλιματιστικό.

Η υγρασία, το ότι τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικα και ότι δεν είχε τις βασικές παροχές.

Pessima camera, la puzza di umidità nella stanza era imperante nonostante il deumidificatore acceso giorno e notte con vano tentativo di mascherare tutto il tanfo con dei profumatori a bastoncini. Inqualificabili i disservizi. Bagno privo di presa elettrica, asciugamani inesistenti (solo teli doccia), phon inesistente nonostante in lista. Cercato da me stesso nei ripostigli della struttura per averne uno. Doccia pessima, il bagno si trasformava in un lago nonostante i nostri accorgimenti per non bagnare esternamente alla doccia e di conseguenza l'acqua la portavamo anche nel resto della camera. Presenza di insetti nella stanza causati dal fatto che la camera è posizionata in uno scantinato umido. In tre giorni si sono formate macchie di muffa in quasi tutte le pareti sia della stanza che del bagno. Ambiente poco salubre. Non conosco il resto della struttura ma sconsiglio vivamente l'affitto della stanza 6. 390€ per quattro notti sono un furto per quella stanza e in quelle condizioni.

Very noisy plumbing which was addressed on the 3 rd day. Was too noisy to sleep. Would be disturbed when other guests used the water because something was wrong with the pump. Damp and humid . No shower curtain so floor got wet

No me ayudaron en nada. Ni con el ruido molesto de la habitación por un aire acondicionado averiado ni cuando unos gamberros armaron jaleo fuera de la habitación. Imposible dormir allí.

Hubo un día que nos dieron una toalla para dos personas.

Rien à dire sur la propreté ni sur la localisation dans la vieille ville de La Valette. La chambre par elle-même était correcte et assez grande. Grand lit confortable. Salle de bains OK

Personnel invisible. La chambre était située en sous-sol sans aucun fenêtre ni aération.

La posizione è l'unica cosa ottima, eravamo a 2 passi dal centro.

Puzza di Umidità in tutta la struttura. Nessuna colazione a disposizione. Personale assente, contatto solo tramite messaggi. La pulizia è carente. L'unica finestra presente era una nicchia ma dava sul muro di un altro edificio.

The apt smelt damp. The house keeping was consistent and people would lock the front door.

Everyday our room was cleaned and it was really nice after a long day to come to a made bed and cleaned trash. The air conditioner was a life saver, without it I think we couldn't sleep.

The bathroom... couldn't dry our stuff, no windows to freshen up the room so we were stuck with the smell from the bathroom after somebody used it. Got locked out of the main door by some random guests and had to call their emergency number to resolve the issue (backup keys inside a key box). WiFi didn't work for 2 days and a beeping alarm that was on for 2 days.... it was awfully annoying. No instructions for where to store luggage, no personnel to greet us, nobody to explain how it goes in the guest house, nothing, you're on your own. PLEASE don't get breakfast from them... you can get much more food if you buy it yourself instead, I recommend a food shop (stand) near a fountain with 3 mermaids (Triton Fountain) and get a Chicken Samosa if you like spicy food (it was crunchy and delicious)

Key code did not work when we returned to hotel , locked out for 2 hours. Emergency number did not work.

Close to Valletta centre and short walk to bus stops. Lots of cafes and restaurants.

The humidity killed me, extremely strong that I couldn’t sleep at night at all. There was all night long sound of water dripping outside and if you have light sleep for sure you wont get it. There is a little stairs to get to your room so if you have a back disc like my case and got heavy luggage it will be painful. The closest supermarket is 10 mins walk.

I liked location. Wifi was good, aswell. There was small fridge, water heater. Staff was helpful- changed room from 1 bed to 2single bedroom, as I wanted( Appreciate that:) ). Liked good english - it's everywhere around Malta:)

Bathroom, towels were always wet because of bad air conditioning in Bathroom. Would like to have 2 towels per person- for hair&body, because 1 was not enough&was always wet... grateful, that once it was changed by Room Service:). Missed hairdryer. Missed fresh air, day light in room, cause no windows. Water heater was dirty, but Lady from Room Service changed it for us.

Well the room was in underground, no natural light, no proper window. Air was very wet and bit heavy. I think the walls were also getting wet and little moldy. Without air-conditioning it would be unbearable to sleep there.

Location is great and housekeeping staff we met are friendly.

Multiple problems, one with code everytime we tried to get in and this is the main door so we have to call and even after they fixed the door still have troubles, other resident we met experienced the same. Two, we booked 2 single beds but when we arrived they put 2 beds together and only 1 double sheet and 1 double duvet, they came and fix them. Mattress was old, filthy and hard so my elderly friend could not sleep and hurt her back. They came to add extra duvet on top and not change the old and filthy mattress. Three, they don't inspected their towels as one of the hand towel we received was ripped out and not being changed even after they did the housekeeping duty. They only noticed after we emailed them and they changed the next day which was our last day. Four, no receptionist on the hotel so we need to call which is Malta customer service which was international call from UK if we stuck outside when we experience the code problems with main door, other problems we called or emailed customer service which take sometimes for them to response.

I stayed 5 nigths because that's what I booked. The room has no windows There is only one small window in the bathroom, the room is too humid and cold, therefore towels do not dry and I only had my body towels changed one day. I opened the bathroom window to let everything dry a bit and discovered that the room faced the back side of the building where the back of the air conditioners and I guess heaters are located, at night it was noisy and therefore if you are a light sleeper you don't sleep well. When I arrived I didn't know how to get into the building and I called the number that was there, a man answered and gave me the password to get in when I got in I went up some small stairs and I couldn't find my room then he told me I should go downstairs, as I was at the end of the hallway I opened a door that led to some stairs and i ended up in a garage and told him I couldn't find my room and he hung up on me, he would not pick up the phone again and it was very stressful for me cause i could find a way out. I went back upstairs and started knocking on the door loudly and luckily someone who worked there opened it for me and later on opened the room for me. The phone they give you that says it's for "emergencies" they don't answer it. They don't give a quick answer, the internet didn't work the first day. The hair dryer I asked for was not delivered until the third day. So i couldnt washed my hair in 3 days, The courtesy water to drink was only given to you on the first and second day. There was no one to check out, I wrote by what's app and I had to write twice a reminder for them to answer me how the check out worked. The truth is that I had a very uncomfortable experience and I don't recoment this place at all despite the good location. I can not share pictures cause I only took videos ...
