Lack of cleanliness and disinfecting of my room.

Front end staff was good.

Place was not very clean. I had stayed in this room before this and they held it for me and it was bad then. My feet where filthy from walking around in the unit both times. I thought let's give it another try maybe they would clean it. Not everything goes as planned but no such luck the floors were still filthy and I had to wash them myself. The previous stay in that room I had to wash the dishes. This time it also wasn't stocked properly. If you have children you do not want to stay there. I won't be staying there again. If you can get a room for 60 something a night and you do not mind cleaning it would be ok.

The guy at the counter on nights was very nice and helpful

I usually have my room clean a few times during my stay I do not need someone in there everyday. They were to have cleaned it in the day when I was at work. When I got back from work and walked around the room for an hour or so this is how dirty my feet got. I do not wear my shoes in the suit so I do not get the floors very dirty. Looking at the pic I wonder how long it had been since the floors where washed last? Unacceptable.

The night counter guy was very helpful and friendly.

The first room smelled like cigarettes smoke the second was better and I had no issues. The cigarette smoke smell would be the only reason why I would consider not using your service again. I have booked again and we will see how it goes this time.

The floors felt slippery so I wore my slippers a lot and some hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine. Kind of a funny smell to the place too. But overall was pretty decent. Also the staff were really great!
