Amazing suites, huge and spacious, clean and comfortable.
Elevator right by door so no staff greeting or interactions. Was told coffee would be offered on the little stand in the morning but nothing was there, no big deal but I would have made coffee in my room then...

Breakfast was filling. Room was gorgeous.
Air conditioner hummed loud then quiet continuously.

It was very clean,comfortable and kitchen supplies and dishes are top quality. Beds were very comfortable. Love the layout of the separate shower,tub bathroom closet:).
Shower floor a little slippery, blinds little confusing to figure out, and the pool was very disappointing that it wasn't available, being serviced

We have stayed here multiple times. We like the full kitchen, huge bathroom area , separate bedroom and underground parking
Maintenance seems to be a bit lacking. We had a strobing kitchen light and paint /drywall needed repair above kitchen backsplash.

The privacy of two bedrooms and two bathrooms is really nice also the full kitchen is so handy and the washer and dryer was a real bonus
The only thing was the bathroom door in the second bedroom didn't latch so it couldn't be locked

Enjoyed the space and privacy of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The full kitchen is very nice, the whole suite is very pleasing.
The doors to the bathroom in the smaller bedroom didn't latch so the lock couldn't work

I love this property! the rooms are massive and they’re super nice! this will always be our go to hotel. they’re gorgeous rooms and the staff are friendly
I have a 1 year old who’s walking and luckily I found a closed razor and clothes before he did, but it seemed to be around the bed maybe it was missed and not picked up but we usually never have this problem. hope everything is cleaned throughly because it wasn’t hidden it was right beside the bed

The rooms are like apartments and are very clean and comfortable lots of room. The shower bath combos are great the water pressure is excellent. The kitchenette was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities to cook a meal.

Was very hard to regulate the heat in the place. We couldn't get the thermostat to go below 18C, which at night Iis too hot for us

it was in a convenient area for shopping and had parkade parkijg which was a nice feature around the holidays

called and made arrangements for flowers to be delivered to our hotel room for our anniversary, they agreed to let the delivery guy in so they could place and arrange the flowers. They did not do that….. they called me to ask if they could put the flowers in our room later and ruined the surprise……. what was the point of making arrangements when they can’t follow them, and then call “knowing” it’s supposed be a surprise… was not happy

The rooms are excellent beds are comfortable and staff is excellent.
The morning we were leaving the elevator was being serviced and we were on the 4th floor. Had to walk the stairs up and down,down and up. Would have been nice to know this was happening so luggage would have been brought down prior to the servicing.

Spacious and comfortable suites.
Our booking was 4 adults and the kitchen was only stocked for 2 persons for the most used Kitchenware. I.e. coffee cups and spoons. These items were supplied when requested so it was fine.

Price was great and it was nice to have a suite for our group.
The suite‘s bathrooms were very dark, the lighting wasn’t very good and the wall colour was also dark - difficult to get ready for the we’d we were attending. the room also needed to be aired out.
