First apartment was very hot, there was no air conditiioner or ventilator also shower was malfunctioning. But they changed us fast to another apartment which was perfect.

The pool is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful view. Since the rooms are in the mall, there are tons of places to eat easily and quickly. We loved getting to know the various restaurant owners. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

It is incredibly difficult to find the apartments if you've never been there before. They are literally inside the mall, so you need to go through the main entrance and up two flights of stairs before you're even at main desk of the hotel. If you ask the mall information desk for help, they can quickly point you there.

The arrival was difficult. The hotel entry is inside of shopping center. I don't remember where they say that. But the attention and friendly of the host were great, the registration process was fast, and my family could follow to rest.

I was hosted on the last floor. The view was beautiful. But, it was in the rainy season, and the roof was many leaks. It is necessary to say that the reception reacted quickly and I was rehosted in another apartment.

Breakfast was not included. However, there was a really good restaurant in 'La Isla' area around the corner. I recommend Chiflas! Delicious and generous amount! Our host, Wilmer, went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was genuinely very helpful from check in to check out. The apartment building is on top of a small but cosy shopping centre which was so convenient! There were all sorts of restaurants, cafés, and even a cinema and a supermarket. Never had to leave the hotel to get anything.

I didn't like the excess noise in the early hours of the morning. People coming back from partying made a racket and the window was right next to the staircase. We stayed for two nights and on both nights found it hard to sleep. There is also a discotheque on the ground floor, so I would suggest staying on higher floors.
