Charming, comfortable and spacious warm home. Very comfortable high quality beds/ mattresses. Spacious living with each bedroom being differently charming, great escape niches and areas to hang out in individual groups or alone, therefore perfect for a mix of couples/ friends meeting up. Great walking into city. Extensive selection of mugs and cups/ plates.

1. More information available at the home: there were multiple ( doubling and overwhelming) emails but inefficient (paper) home info on rubbish collection/ appliances/ code for side entrance; Specific info on area also appreciated, e.g. next take away shop, where to start coastal walk, bike hire, swimming, etc. 2. Too small rubbish bin for size of home and no indoor rubbish separation option. 3. Washing machine upstairs would be better downstairs, because it is loud and makes upstairs feel like earthquake, when machine is going. 4. Very bright lighting in living area. Extra lamps or dimmer would add comfort. Also missing bedside lamp in first upstairs bedroom. 5. House close to main road with unavoidable traffic sounds throughout night and day. Sound sensitive people need to sleep with closed windows, which makes room stuffy on warm days/ nights. 6. Squeaky floor patch upstairs (between last bedroom and bathroom) was disruptive for others at night.

We like all the rooms, lounge and showers, kitchen was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the games and the entertainment TV at the lounge, we also like the rooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable. Will be nice if the washing machine located downstairs next to the dryer rather than upstairs. Overall, we had a good time and we fell in love with the place.
