Everything, the place was clean and well equipped, very nice to curl up on the sofa and the hot tub was just lovely! It was very easy to find, the garden was gorgeous and private with a great amount of sun during the day. Really nice pub a minute away that do a very homely and cheap Sunday roast. It was a perfect weekend and will be back again soon!

Quiet and convenient location with local amenities.
Hot tub was nice to be able to use and clean.
The house felt super cosy with board games, a record player, alexa, etc.
Good amount of kitchen ware and supplies to use.
A bit of a mixup with the parking space and a ?neighbour using up the space.

Lovely well kept clean and comfortable cottage, lots of information from the host about house rules and great info on the surrounding area,great location plenty of local facilities ideal dog walking just over the road.

It was clean and tidy. Very good kitchen equipment. Loved the garden and hot tub. Beds where comfy. Decorated to a very good standard.

I loved everything about this stay, neil went over and above to provide excellent service, he is a very friendly person who you can have a laugh with will DEFFO be coming here again.. thank you for making my birthday special

Great location lots of local shops cafes pubs. Good for getting into Leeds centre too if you wanted. Lovely garden and house!! Would book again absolutely
It was all great. Could of just done with a few more rolls of toilet roll - no big deal but had to go out and buy some

Host went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the cottage is beautiful and we'll decorated throughout. Fireplace and hot tub are both really nice touches. Quiet area and a perfect place to get away for a weekend and relax.

From first entering the property I felt home from home. Very clean and everything I needed was catered for. Communication with the owner was very good and I knew I could contact them if needed. The photos don’t do it justice. Only downfall was the weather…. I didn’t have enough time to make the most of the garden and hot tub
