It's an okay place. Great after a long flight within a walk or a quick Tuk Tuk ride from the airport.

Nothing good about hotel..it is close to airport but the owners are scammers..so, fe extra bucks will you good hotel, you can pay for transit..

The hotel lift is not maintained..the hotel owner tries to cheat you..my mom was stuck in the lift and the owner was trying to extract money from us .even the local police is connected in the scam..don't be fooled by the photos and it's closeness to airport like we were..my advice is avoid the hotel at all cost..this is the 3rd time I am travelling to srilanka..never had this bad exp..if you are somehow caught in the scam call srilankan tourist police..and call your countries embassy for help..do not pay a penny...and fall prey to the scam..it took us 4 hours to come out of the situation .they will ask your passport..do not give..they took our luggage and refused to give..so be aware

Nothing, it’s completely different of the pictures, staff not polite.

The place is definitely not like the pictures, staff ignorant, all the time trying to steal you or take advantage, I really don’t recommend. the cheap will become expensive in the end

Que estaba al lado del aeropuerto

Todo. El dueño un maleducado. Nos atendió un chico joven que ni idea de ingles, y cada vez que le pedíamos algo tenía que preguntar al dueño por teléfono que estaba repantingado en un sofá, en la entrada cuatro pisos abajo de nuestra habitación. Pagamos el transfer al aeropuerto, que nos llevó el dueño, y no se dignó a sacar las maletas del maletero, lo hicimos nosotras. El agua caliente, había de noche, pero de día brillaba por su ausencia. Y todo bastante sucio.

1) lack of sufficient charging points 2) fan regulator broken 3) no hot water 4) lift not working half the time 5) had to ask for toiletries

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good rooms also good and cleaned.

Bathroom is very small and not properly designed. Also food is expensive.

There was nothing that I enjoyed about the hotel

The whole hotel is a mess, the rooms dirty, the kitchen area was being refurbished, so no meals were available even though they are advertised, the bed was horrible, the advertising is totally out of date, the photos must have been taken years ago, I felt totally let down by the booking.com advert. Never in my life have I seen such a poor hotel if you can call it that. I am concerned that others will think this hotel is okay, when it is not.
