Place was clean, very nice and comfortable.

The location is great and safe. The host was really helpful and responsive. The place was as advertised and stunning!

The facility has an easy check in and out system,the stuff was supper friendly and helpful. Its clean and the room are big the place makes you feel like you are home.😉

The place was a bit cold it could use a heater especially since it's winter season.

It was in a central location, easy access to amenities around the area. Close to gateway and easy location to access ehailing services.

The unit is right behind the security station, even the slightest laugh passed as noise making. We had to whisper most of the time. Space is smaller than it seems in the pictures, and for a self catering unit it has almost no cutlery and crockery.

The light bulb dresser!!!! The host was Friendly, super helpful, and checked in on me throughout the stay. Absolutely one of the best hosts I've encountered so far! The unit is super close to Gateway center. The owner obviously has an exceptional taste in authors which made me sad that i didn't have the time to take a journey through some of those books on the stunning shelving in the living room. Kitchen is super well equipped. Also, ground unit with separate street entrance which is super helpful.

The front door with glass panels takes away the feeling of privacy. The unit is too close to a busy road. During the day you can't leave windows or sliding door open cause it's simply too noisy. Also can't leave binds or curtains open,cause again, privacy will be completely compromise.

Ushir was an excellent host. Went out of his way to check us in. Even helped us with our luggage! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again to Ushir.

The unit felt like home away from home. My child loved the massive smart TV and wifi connectivity. Every thing we needed was provided for. The best part was how amazingly spacious the rooms were. The host was also hands on with wanting to meet our expectations and was very considerate.

At the outset I am not taking a dig at the host. Below is my honest opinion about the accomodation. I can assure you my review is not fabircated or exaggerated in anyway. It was a horrendous experience.I actually stayed in two different apartments in 6 days because Zone was literally uninhabitable due to endless water problems. In short we didn't have running water for almost two days. We struggled for a day without water. For the huge inconvienience caused,Usir agreed to reimburse for a night (I am still waiting for the refund) and arranged another apartment for us to stay for a day.My friendly advise to Usir is to be more proactive in the future than being reactive. Because responding promptly after the fact is not going to benefit anyone and will cause (you) serious reputational damage as it did this time. It is important to be on top of things and keep the guests informed of any challenges in the complex before it happens. I understand Zone management failed to timeously notify Ushir about the problem but that is not our concern. Ushir should sort it out with the trustees of the complex. Zone was not in a spic and span condition. The window blinds were not clean and the house was smelling a bit damp.Also this apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms to attract small families to stay but surprisingly do not provide a washing machine/dryer. Ushir arranged a washing machin/dryer which was more of a nuisance because it wasn't fitted properly and water was leaking and running all over the bathroom. The steam from the machine made the whole bathroom misty and the apartment became stuffy after that. Also the second apartment, Palm gatg, we stayed in for a day was inordinately noisy. I am not sure if there is a late night club nearby we could hear cars and bikes revving from midnight to almost into the wee hours of the morning. Honestly, I would steer clear of Zone and Palm gate. Moreover, the rate they charge is not cheap and clearly not worth...

Everything about the property was just accurate the host kept checking in on us. And the shops were close by so we got whatever we needed from there.

I don't think there's anything more that I'd like.
