מיקום נהדר - ממש על המצוק שמשקיף על האוקיינוס. יוצאים מהחצר וניתן לרדת לחוף בכמה מסלולים מקסימים, או לחילופין להשקיף עליו מהחדר. דבר יוצא דופן - קיבלנו כריות אורטופדיות מעולות!!! תקשורת עם בעל המקום היתה גם כן מצויינת - קיבלנו מראש כל ההסברים הנחוצים לגבי אופן ההגעה והכניסה למקום. במבנה קומה ציבורית גדולה מאוד עם פינות ישיבה, מטבח גדול מאוד, קמין - משותפת לכל השוהים במקום.
החדר היה קצת מיושן והיה ריח קצת מוזר כשהגענו. אווררנו אותו והריח נעלם.

Estava tudo em condições, limpo e com uma ótima vista
Os estores são elétricos e não estavam a funcionar. Consequentemente, acordámos muito cedo devido à claridade. Também ouve-se o barulho dos outros quartos

The location was amazing, in the heart of the nature and just in front of the ocean.
The sea view from the room was mind blowing, unbeatable.
The house had a very nice shared space, very big tv, an indoor pool, it was well equipped and had a very very nice view from the living room.
The owners/managers were kind, and they even accepted to upgrade our room for free.
-The central heating was not working, even though they provided another electrical heating but the house/rooms were so cold (we went in January) and there were no carpets. We were literally freezing!

Tout était absolument parfait !!! Les indications pour la chambre étaient précises, les lits étaient confortables, la literie impeccable. La chambre parfaitement propre. Une vue de la chambre à couper le souffle, juste incroyable. Calme et d'apaisement étaient de mise. La salle commune incroyable également coin salon, coin salle à manger cuisine très grande toute équipée four, micro onde... tout à disposition. Je vous recommande cet hôtel juste incroyable, les yeux fermés !!! Aucun point négatif tout était parfait. Un grand merci à Joao pour avoir rendu ce séjour incroyable. Nous allons revenir c'est certain. N'hésitez même pas à réserver, foncez !!!
(Juste à côté un restaurant tout autant incroyable Mugs Café. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix que j'ai jamais vu. Équipe incroyable, les plats dignent de chefs étoilés).

We loved the breath-taking view and the soothing noise of the ocean and we slept so well for 2 nights ! On the terrace we enjoyed our dinner (and breakfast)… looking at the waves and sunset. Perfect. Nila welcomes you, she is lovely, but only speaking Portuguese (Thanks to google translator I could communicate with her).
João Chen is such a great, attentive host who gave all the necessary information and always quickly responded to my (written) questions. He gave such useful advice. (for a fantastic authentic restaurant etc). Thanks a lot.

What a great location and the views were amazing! We can not say enough good things about the staff. They were welcoming and attentive. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Did I mention the sounds of the waves at night were so soothing after a long day of driving ?

We were amazed by the house. It had everything you could wish for and perfect location. Great service. Although we only stayed 2 nights, I imagine it would be a perfect place to spend holidays with extended family or group of friends with kids. Wpuld recommend for sure. Thank you, Yang and Nila! :)

Great location. Incredible view if you book a room with a view to the ocean. And even if you don't, you can enjoy view while having breakfast. Big common area, and big kitchen to prepare your food.

Great location with an amazing view to the ocean.
Tim, the manager, was kind and helpful and gave us good indications to self check in. When it was a problem with the gate, he came right away from home to open it.
The house has a big kitchen, pretty well equiped.
- the system to open the gate can be tricky. It could be better just to have a key and not to depend on a robot
- due to heavy rain, the water entered in the living room
- coffee machine was not working
- when we pluged in the electric heater, the light started to twinkle

The whole house is nice, spacious, very clean and well equipped! My room was impeccable, and the owner is very kind and friendly 😊 there’s a big kitchen where you can prepare your meals, and a very spacious living room with a big TV. The view to the sea is stunning! Seriously, everything is even better personally than it looks in the pics haha for those who are coming from Lisbon, you can take the bus 444 in Portela de Sintra, which the last stop is right in front of the property! I recommend the classic burguer from Mugs, and a long walk from Praia do Magoito to Azenhas do Mar! The view on the top of the hills is totally worth it. It was an amazing experience 🤍
Only negative thing was a loud/noisy family/group that came later to occupy the room next to my door. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful before them, but anyway it didn’t last after 10pm :)

This house has the best location to enjoy a sunset at the ocean or to wake up and to have the ocean right in front of you! It has perfect location (just 10km away from Cabo da Roca) and we have enjoyed ourselves so much spending a night there. It also has a very spacious kitchen to prepare your own meal and a nice pool area if you want to enjoy the view from there. The host of the place was also very welcoming and easy to communicate with.
The only thing that could be better is that the place was missing the homy feel and that the furniture seemed to have been collected from different places. Still I think it is a great place and I absolutely recommend the stay.

Awsome view of the ocean and the cliffs from the room. Room and bathroom were spacious and had a lot of natural light. Automatic curtains allow you to sleep comfortably at anytime of the day. The kitchen in the common area was vast and had everything you need. On the cold days you could use the covered/heated pool. The host made our stay amazing.

The big kitchen perfectly equipet for making healthy meals for family.
Towels are not changed every day and take a long time to dry on humid air. But there are free laundry facilities so you can wash and dry towels in a machine.

the smell of the room (the pipes in the toilet made the entire room smell all the time), no breakfast included and no fridge in the room, quite simple service/amenities for the price that was above average.
