Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

people and place are fantastic. close to the Tsugaike resort and bus stop to other resorts. common area is exceptional for meeting fellow travelers. great for couples and groups of friends too. ALL staff are very friendly and attentive. I’d stay again!

nothing, it was perfect

We LOVED our stay at T-Square Hakuba! The property is freshly renovated and the internet is the fastest I have ever seen in my life, incredibly fast. Netflix already set up in each room! The property is clean, spacious and brings a feeling of joy. The breakfast was amazing and a great start to each day. Akira (the local manager) is such a good person, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Twice, he went out of his way to drop us off to the local train station/bus stop during some heavy snow when taxis were difficult to find. We also received some really good tips on local food. The other staff member, Mami was also a wonderful person and she made some great breakfast for us and she is a lot of fun. This is a beautiful property to stay at, which was made even better by the wonderful staff such as Akira and Mami. Thank you for making our stay the highlight of our visit to Japan!!

Nothing to fault, we really loved our stay here and are definitely staying here next time we are in Hakuba!

It was bright, airy and clean, with a great breakfast in the communal room. Also had a drying room downstairs for ski gear, which was great.

We’re pleased we had a car, because the resort near the hotel was more for beginners and so we needed to drive to other ones.

Breakfast was great. Easy, staff brought your main dish and everything else was continental. Free washers and detergent for use with stay, only had to pay for dryer which was ¥100 for 30 minutes.

Bathroom smelled a little off like the drain system wasn't properly working but other then that it was great.

Quaint part of town, close to Tsuigaike Kogen ski resort and bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff and amazing hot breakfast.Free Netflix too!

En-suite toilet was a little cold, otherwise everything is great

the english speaking staff is very helpful. breakfast good. provides free coffee, tea and water 24 hours. two minutes walk from ski lift. free car park. unlike most japanese style hotels, bath is in service 24 hours.

There are many old properties in Hakuba that need a renovation; T Square has had that renovation and is a very nice property. My room was great and I think the bed is the most comfortable I've had in Japan. The onsen downstairs was small but clean and was a nice bonus. Breakfast was great and they even cleaned the car off in the morning after it snowed 25cm. I'll definitely be coming back.

Loved the location with how close the parking was to the hotel, and from the hotel to the ski lifts. The drying room made it very easy for all of the gear to be ready the next day. Since it is a relatively new hotel, some taxi services didn’t know where it was, but the staff were happy to help with any translation or reservation making.

Compared to my bed at home it wasn’t all that comfortable. But for Japan standards it was still better than most.
