Spacious room, nice extras like ear plugs, snacks and air conditioning unit. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Noisy, but to be expected when you are on the doorstep of the action. No breakfast but some great options available near by - Red Roaster was exceptional.

Noise from nearby pub and other residents. Appreciate it was a bank holiday weekend but even when using the complimentary ear plugs, we were woken by other people in the hotel. Especially those in the room above.

The room was spacious, light and well equipped. The design was great, a fridge with water and milk was supplied.

The shower itself was a bit on the small side and the pressure not fantastic. It wasn't really a hotel as there was no reception nor breakfast available, but lots of brunch Cafés nearby in The Lanes. I didn't like to be recorded on CCT cameras ( we are super strict in Switzerland with image recording) and the fact that not even my daughter and her boyfriend were allowed in to help with my luggage. A checkout time at 10.00 on a weekend is a little tight.

The host was very welcoming and lovely. Felt very professional. Would really recommend staying here. Was a very clean, big room. Air con provided. Such a great experience.

Decor beautiful. Location great. Facilities in room excellent. Fridge, air con unit, kettle, mood lighting around bed, robes, snacks, milk, packets of Alpen, water, hairdryer all provided in room.

No secure place to leave luggage. We arrived in Brighton at 11am as we wanted to spend as much time there as possible, check in was not till 3pm so asked if we could drop the case off. We were told it would be at our own risk as there was no left luggage facility. Obviously we didn't want to walk round with the case for 4 hrs so took the chance. We had to leave them in the hall of the hotel. On departure day, again we were not leaving till 6pm, we were told we could leave the case at our own risk and they had to be collected by 2pm, we were therefore having to walk round with it for the next 4 hrs. Before check in and after you check out you have to contact the hotel by text or phone as it is not manned full time. Lighting not very good to do make up in the room we stayed in. Mirror was in the darkest point in the room.

Location was good. Room very well laid out - particularly liked the fact that there was a fridge.

Shower was very narrow. Tv was a bit on the small side for the size of the room. I thought the 10 am check out was a little early - only my opinion though.

We loved the location it was almost on the sea front opposite the pier but without the noise of the traffic. The door code to let yourself in at your convenience was great and communication from the hotel was first class

Our fault but the small room really was small. We should have taken a larger room
