We had a wonderful vacation at Kseynasa Suites! The room was very beautiful decorated, spotless clean and the amenities perfect. The host were extremely nice and helpful with any information we need (Thank you for the fruits and wine!). It's located near the marina, restaurants and markets. The kids loved the pool.

Exceptional modern, clean accommodation matched by fantastic hosts who were amazing. Great location for short walk to beach restaurants. I especially liked the pool area to relax as the sun went down.

Nothing not to like

I was exceptionally, the owner was very kind, they gave us fresh fruits every day , their own wine and they solved everything little problem so that we can feel like home. The rooms was stacked with everything you could possibly want: smart tv, seif, AC, vertical iron, a great big balcony… there was nothing that i ve missing Every day they cleaned the rooms, changed the towels and the sheets… when we come back from the beach it smelled great in the room. The pool was very clean and always free it was great for my child. I do strongly recommend this accommodation

maybe the room was a little small, but it was not a problem for us a family of 3.

We were blown away by our experience at Kseynasa. The hotel itself was gorgeous down to the smallest details, the suite was fully equipped with everything we needed and impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly - and I cannot speak highly enough of our host Xenia whose hospitality was far beyond expectation. Highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again!

I am traveling a lot but this place was really nice and awesome, I haven‘t seen this before, just perfect. Especially the Host, She was always aware of the guests, solving the request and fresh organic fruits were available all day. I felt that all my question were solved in seconds. A perfect support from the host. In addition the Room cleaning service was very very good and detailed. The Interieur of the apartment was excellent and very modern art.

We loved everything. Xenia and the staff are amazing, so kind and always smiling. The fruits received from Xenia everyday were absolutely delicious. The location is wonderful, the rooms are so cozy and welcoming and the bed is super comfortable. The area is quiet. Everything is thought out to make you feel relaxed, without any worries.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Amazing hospitality!

Xenia`s house is a little piece of heaven. Located within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from the beach and central walking area. There are two large supermarkets in close distance which is extremely convenient. Xenia and her family have put extraordinary effort into making the house an amazing place to spend your holiday. Their attention to small details is impressive. What really touched us was the kind and attentive attitude towards us as guests. The apartment was equipped with all possible amenities. Our terrace overlooked a garden full of olive trees and in the distance we could see many green hills. An incredibly relaxing view. I definitely recommend this place.

Surly the best. The best apartment and the best hosts. It is even better that the photos. The furniture is so beautiful and there are many details that makes you feel like home. The host brought us fruits, propose us wine and so on. The beach of Nikiti is very close and the best beaches of Sithonia are very close. The center is very close and the area around the hotel is very quiet.

Well-decorated room with all needed kitchen utensils! The awesome attitude and positive behavior from Xenia! We will visit your place again for sure !!!

very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms with modern furnishings. the pool was a great addition but unfortunately a bit too cold to enjoy.

not many child friendly amenities nor very safe with all the stairs in the room. also a bit too far from the beach - had to always take the car even for the closest beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is new and it also has a small, nice pool. Also it is super clean, our room had all the facilities and the hosts are absolutely lovely and attentive. We highly recommend it and for sure we are coming back.

I've been at a lot of hotels in Greece but this is by far the best place I've stayed at! The rooms are looking even better than the pictures, the host is the friendliest host I've ever met, super helpful and kind! I do recommend this hotel because they are a clean example of how a hotel should be run! We will come back for sure!

We had a great stay at Kseynasa. The building is new, we had a spacious, clean and well equipped maisonette. The host is very nice, she really puts every effort so that guests enjoy their stay. The pool area is small, but very clean, the pool is perfect for kids.

Everything was extraordinary, where do I start ...a contemporary designed suite with an exotic stylish interior, very comfortable and cozy, you have the feeling of luxury living. We were staying on the ground floor in a room with a balcony that has direct access to the pool, it's like having your private pool, perfect for a morning swim. The pool was always crystal clean, and also the sunbeds and the bar around it. The kitchenette had all the needed kitchenware and appliances, even a NESPRESSO coffee machine. The bathroom and shower are made of cobblestone and it's all brand new and shiny, all made with a great sense for design and quality. Thorough cleaning was done every 2 days, and it was exquisite, you have the same comfort of the bed, pillows, towels like the first day you have arrived. We were never disturbed, the staff will come when you are not there. The hosts and staff are always very kind, polite, helpful and generous, the minute we arrived she offered us a detox cucumber lemonade and show us around. There is a space where you or the kids can play board games, have your lunch or dinner together or read some books from the small library. The WiFi network is excellent, we had a Smart TV in the room, with Youtube and Netflix, so you can watch anything in HD, it's super fast. Definitely the best quality and most relaxing suites for the best price in Nikiti and on Sithonia, it worthed every cent.

Amazing place with amazing people. The staff is very polite. Perfect atmosphere for the best vacation. The reality in the hotel is better than the photos. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Our vacantion was really good! Soon We will be back again
