Heater didn’t work

This hotel is terrible... They illustrate a false advertisement and then when your not satisfied with accepting whatever room they decide to throw you they say they are cancelling the booking so your not charged yet they charge your card as is you either stayed or you cancelled yourself... They are fraudulent and it's happened to me 3 times so it's no mistake... They mean to rip you off

Have a lot of space in room & I having kids it more convenient.

The phone, TV wasn’t working so had to stay there all night with nothing to look at. Also had to wait the next morning for towels & wash cloth.

I didn't like that I booked the room an they took money off my card the day of an when I got there they charged me again so I paid over 500 waiting on my money to be given back

Young lady Brittany on the night shift - nothing else

Dirty room, stained chairs, stained box springs, visible dirt on the floor. Needs major deep cleaning or redo. Morning staff has attitude and can't handle customer complaints. If you are a family this is not for you. If you are coming to party and just want a cheap room, this is for you! Bar is located in the hotel property and you definitely know. Loud all night people walking back and forth.

Location was perfect from the highway and downtown

Checked in and had to leave to head downtown when we got back used the toilet and it was backed up the refrigerator and the A/C were leaking, and the phone was not working either... went down to the front desk explained the issues and the front desk agent Jewel just stated "I can give you a refund" asked her can we get another room she stated it was booked out..asked can they send some to the room because the toilet was not working she said no it is just me here I asked do you guys have a plunger she said I can look for one but I don't know if I can find one. We used the toilet in the lobby and there was a plunger in the lobby restroom and we took it to the room and got the toilet to work. At no time did she ever ask the room number so she could have record. The A/C vent was dirty especially in the bathroom found hair by the sink and also the tv stand needed to be dusted. Would not stay again. It could be a great place but they need to spend money on better staff and cleaning the rooms as well.
