Property was awful, my engineers noted numerous H&S issues within the property (Listed below) the host "Chantelle" was advised on the issue when our guys left, she was extremely rude, accused me of lying & making it all up & put the phone down on me, i would rather sleep in my car than stay at this property or deal with these hosts again. All has been reported to Booking.com. Heating: -doesn’t turn off on thermostat. Only way to switch off is to turn off boiler. -if heating off no hot water as boiler not running -electric shower tripping out main breaker when used Kitchen: -neither sink or half bowl hold water -oven hob small ring letting by gas. When you switch it off the flame stayed lit. This is dangerous. Electrics: -lounge dimmer switch lights aren’t correct fittings so lights flicker continually -various plugs around the house hiss and crackle when used signifying shorts or loose connections. The worst one was the double socket on the far side of the bedroom to the right of the bathroom. Again, this could potentially be quite dangerous. Would strongly advised anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere, i have been using booking.com for over 2 years, booking accommodations on a weekly basis, i have never dealt with anyone so rude & such a dangerous property. had to contact booking.com direct regarding the host as she was so rude & also hung up on booking.com after refusing to refund us the £200 deposit

We enjoyed staying here during our visit to Ashford. The house had everything we needed, including some toiletries! Kitchen was splendid. House is nicely laid out, comfortable beds and it was very easy to check-in when we arrived at night. Chantelle is a great host! Will definitely come again 🙂

Perfect stay!

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Host was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the welcome tray left in the kitchen for us, was a really nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!
