Die Grösse des Zimmers

Am Check In hatte ich probleme und es gab Fehlermeldung bezüglich Brand und müssten alle denn Gebäude verlassen obwohl ich an diesem Tag Geschäftsessen hatte. Ich hatte die Zimmer gebucht damit es für mich einfacher ist jedoch wurde es nur stressiger.

Great location and great facilities.

Could have been a bit cleaner and had some issues with language

The apartments are very nice, good size and have everything one needs incl. the kitchenette The location was ideal as we were in Zurich for a concert at the Letzigrund stadium, so that was easy with the number 2 tram. Also ideal was that a LIDL supermarket is in the same building :-)

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. It was a Saturday and we arrived at 16:00. As the reception was closed, like others, we used the self check-in at the reception. We had reserved 2 apartments for 2 nights under the same reservation. Unfortunately only one was available. The 2nd apartment was not even listed in our booking. After calling the MOOI help telephone number, we did get the 2nd apartment. Unfortunately, this apartment had not been cleaned / prepared. No bed sheets, pillows etc. About 3 hours later, so around 19:00, the apartment was finally ready. We were not the only guests having problems, as a lady checked-in just after us and 3 hours later she was still waiting for her apartment to be cleaned. This is quite simply unacceptable.

The suite provides everything you need for living in it. Good kitchen.

Noisy air conditioner.

The flat is amazing decorated, very modern and super comfortable.

They only change the bedsheets every two weeks!
