Perfect location, spacious and clean - also cosy with heat pumps

We all had slightly poor sleep 😴 due to cheap pillows

The room was very spacious and quiet. We had everything that we needed. The lady at the reception was very nice. Location was good as we could reach the places we needed by a short or a reasonable drive. It was useful to have and a grocery shop round the corner.

Large 4 bedroom house with plenty of room for our group. Good location to the centre of Dunedin. Beds comfortable and showers great.

The road works outside were noisy

Location was very close to city centre, good cafes and the university campus, perfect! Room was clean and warm, towels were changed often and the kitchenette suited our needs. Service was excellent, the owners were especially friendly and helpful. All these made our stay at Sahara memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Julie at the reception is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and has most of the kitchen tools for cooking. The bathroom is a bit small but well-lit. The room has a large modern TV. Since an air-con is being used the room can get warm quite quickly.

The room does not look like it is designed for 3 people since there are only 2 chairs and the table is in a corner where only 2 people can sit. Tip: invest in a round table.

When I first booked I was desperate! I had forgotten to book a room elsewhere and very little was available. so from what I could find it was one of the best that where available (for the price I could afford to pay). I was very pleasantly surprised just how good it was. the room was very good, the owner was very friendly and helpful and even though it was on the main road it was quiet. I said when I left I’d be back and I meant it.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. maybe if I was being really picky the bathroom was a little small, but it was modern, the shower was big and had excellent pressure.

Few hiccups-fire alarm went off-my unit was where it needed to be reset by technician.No normal teabags on arrival,rubbish not emptied one day,bathmat not replaced on one day
