Well connected to the airport and not too difficult to get there from the city
I’ve been waiting for 5 min to check in. Some people arrived from a side elevator, the staff opened a new counter and served these people without chexking if there was anyone waiting for longer

The room was a decent size. Staff were friendly enough.
Not a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, someone set off the fire alarm in the night after we went to sleep. No staff around in reception (where many people congregated) or outside were everyone was waiting to get back in. Possibly some training required but very inconvenient to be woken us an hour or so after a 20 hour journey.
Breakfast was very expensive although food tasted fine. It was a buffet but unfortunately wasn't always kept topped up.

I liked the restaurant and open space on the 1st floor. My friend and I were able to eat and plan out our days.

Very basic accommodation, no hair dryer, lacking character.

Decent place, comfy beds, staff got us checked in quickly despite a queue and obviously it was near the airport. I chose this place vs other options due to the lift as I had a heavy bag and didn't want to lug it up stairs. We took the local bus to the airport vs the much more expensive hotel hopper. Google maps told us which one and where to board it. I also recommend an affordable, casual eatery nearby called Noor Delicious Food.

The lift facility wasnt very good. They were small and one of them was out of order. So with baggages had to wait long to get into our rooms and back.

Comodissimo per la navetta Hotelhoppa da Heathrow. Check-in e checkout velocissimi. Staff molto gentile e cuscini comodi.
Sistema di riscaldamento un po' rumoroso e bagno molto piccolo, ma per una notte in transito e Londra è perfetto!!

lack of facilities, smaller rooms , no air conditioning, provided air coolers are too noisy, not enough towels in a family room, family room is very small. all in one soap provided in shower is nasty.

Staff was very nice and assisted us in many ways. We were able to store our luggage until later in the day so that we could go visit London. Rooms were clean and comfortable except for “what didn’t you like”.
We had 2 rooms. One was great but the other was down another hall with very noisy kids that were running down the halls and knocking on doors until 0200 in the morning. No one appeared to be supervising them. It would have been better to have them all on one floor or wing with no other guests. It was very disturbing after a long travel day!

I enjoyed my sleep and the bed was super comfy once I was finally in my room.
Checking in was a complete nightmare, the front desk had long lines. There was only one elevator in use, to go both up and down for all guests on all floors, so it took 20 minutes to go from level 3 to ground floor during checkout.

No heating was working in the room for 4 days of our stay, we got given a electric heater but only one socket, really bad service from staff, false info over the phone.

The hotel is close to Heathrow airport (T2 and T3) and the airport shuttle stops right in-front of the hotel. There is a restaurant located inside the hotel. Friendly staff who are willing to accommodate changes in schedules.
The time it took to prepare the food (which was delicious). I did have to wait for quite a while and so did others.

The hotel was relatively close to Heathrow and easy to reach by public transport. The rooms are quite basic, but fine for one night.
It felt a little uncomfortable arriving late in the evening after dark as a solo female traveller. There were some men hanging out in the entrance area. I am not sure if they were guests of the hotel or not.
