Die Anlage ist super schön. Man kommt richtig zur Ruhe. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

We had a super relaxing stay at Michela’s place. The apartment was very spacious and the garden with swimming pool is a good place to chill. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood and also the city’s plaza center is only a small walk away.

Lots of noise during the night, dogs and cats walking and shouting, even a rooster singing at 1am… not so relaxing Room not ready when arriving at 4pm

I don't recommend this host, we booked two apartments, but get one when we arrived, and didn't get the refund till today. Host said that it was booking mistake but assured us about the refund. Booking doesn't want to help us neither, because they say that host has to accept the refund. Its unacceptable. The host promised me half of refund (for one apartment which we didn't get because others were occupied). We were on holiday as a two couple. One must have slept on the floor because it was Easter holiday and weekend and there was no free vacancy in the whole town. I feel cheated and don't recommend this place. I'm still waiting for my money back.

10 minute walk from the centre, and 15 minute walk to the public lagoon. Spacious room and kitchen, bathroom was nice. Our host was very nice, quick to respond to any message and helped with activities in Bacalar.

Hot water lasted only 2 minutes and then would be freezing. When we arrived, the pool was murky and full of leaves. We were assured that it would be clean the next day, however 3 days later it was still unswimmable due to the amount of debris. Lots of noise from construction next door and across the street being a hardware store, it was deafening inside the room. We booked this place as we thought it was a private outdoor space with a private pool, however our room didn’t have any private outdoor space and the pool was shared between all three rooms.

the property is in a good location short walk to the public lagoon access and not to far from town centre to walk for dinner, lunch etc. the instructions given to locate the property were easy to follow and we had no issues finding the apartment which is only a 10 minute walk from the ado bus station.

the wifi worked for the first few hours of our stay and stoped working completely after that

The room was really nice, cosy, comfortable. The host was really nice and helped us with a few great tips. The pool was nice. You can walk to most things around the town, a really nice, safe place to stay.

Nothing really, we were really happy with our stay.
