Fantastic location. Great hosts

Kerry & Brian couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming , even giving up their sitting room for us in the evening! Breakfast was delicious, the property is full of character with a lovely relaxed, informal atmosphere and is located in a beautiful, rural location.

Lovely old mill with excellent rooms. The beds and bathroom facilities were very good. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very friendly. They accepted our dog and allowed us to walk him round the farm countryside.

Everything was absolutely spot on. Hosts were very kind and welcoming. Food was fantastic. Room was very clean and tidy and very homey. The location was ideal for my work, very close to the village. Fantastic view.

Im a light sleeper, the building is old so you can hear it moving and other guests. There is a train line behind and used frequent. However, none of this stopped or disturbed my sleep so can't fault my fault.

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC, the entire place is beautiful and owners are so kind and accommodating. Comfortable room, excellent value for money and delicious breakfast. Really convenient, we look forward to staying again very much, we were sorry to leave!

Host very pleasant and helpful. Offered a pot of tea in the lounge on arrival. She saw that the stairs might be a problem so relocated us to the first floor. Happy to provide fresh milk when we found that the Lakeland sachets caused a drink to curdle. Breakfast was very good and served hot. The location pleasant, nice garden to the rear. We had an appointment in Northampton the next day so we parked in the car park by the railway station and took a train ride in. All quite easy.

The stairs are quite steep. The shower did not run warm, so we washed using the small bathroom basin. We did not have time to make other arrangements. We informed the proprietor so that he could put it right for new guests. Outside work and scaffolding taking place. This affected the general appearance of the property but didn't affect our stay at all. Busy railway line at the rear. Noticeable but it didn't disturb unduly.

The location was exceptional. The room had a wonderful calmness about it . I felt very relaxed and refreshed.

Very peaceful and picture perfect setting and location. Great hosts, delicious breakfasts and our girls loved the kids toys to paly with in the lounge. My youngest was allowed to take a toy home and she is still clutching on to it.

Beautiful rural location with gorgeous views but only couple of minutes drive into town with Co-op and great selection of takeaways. Room was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds. Carrie the owner very flexible with breakfast times. The dogs were lovely. Would stay again.
