Registering with the 3rd party, filling in more forms. Also after paying compulsory £250 deposit we found breakages when we arrived. Then were asked to send photos...so lots of administrative tasks for a 2 night stay.

The key collection procedure was appalling Why should one have to submit driving licence or passport to an unknown 3rd party using a 3rd party silly app to access keys Why should one have to prove their age to prove that we are not a bunch of teenagers having a party all night. This part was ridiculously ridiculous. Hated waiting outside property with 2 kids - one 4 yr and one 4 months with an elderly person to be let into the property. It's shame that booking.com should have sorted this out beforehand. Otherwis what's the purpose of booking via booking.com. It was really bad experience and spoiled the mood from outset. This needs to be mended seriously.

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was good for the size if our group. Upstairs rooms were clean and comfortable.

Kitchen was grubby. Dirty pots, cutlery and crockery in cupboards. No hand towel for downstairs loo, toilet seat loose in downstairs loo. No tea towels in kitchen. Very low water pressure in showers

Very cozy and quiet housing community. Love the 3.5 bathrooms but will prefer to have more 2 single beds instead of double beds.

The washing machine was not working but otherwise everything is complete and working well.

I liked the lady i called about a problem was so nice and polite. I liked that they answer very quickly on the chat. It was affordable

The water pressure for the bathroom and the ground floor toilet. -- None existent
