No possibility to use kitchen, even for simple breakfast Broken toilet//flush

Nothing! Don’t stay here. owner was very rude! we’re not told the pool was out of service. was nothing like photos. we are very cruise travellers but very bad feelings here

DO NOT STAY HERE! booked based on photos, pool looked lovely to sit by, were never told the pool was out of service November to May. Pool was filthy, unusable, broken furniture around it. nothing like the pics. called the owner who was very rude and refused to refund our booking. Aldo backs into very loud busy highway. very bad feeling, we left and booked elsewhere. warning! stay elsewhere!

Beds were good.

Construction in very poor quality. Noisy and impossible to get warm water, either too hot or too cold.. if you call for information and do not speak fluent Spanish, no mercy, the lady will simply hang up without giving you a chance to explain slowly in Spanish. English speakers, go somewhere else.

Nothing, avoid this place

The room was smelly - it was full with cigarette stench. Despite saying otherwise on their description they do not speak foreign languages, they comminicate only via whatsapp using google translste. I requested change of room, they promised to do so. I waited for a good half an hour - nobody showed up. I tried to call - no answer, I messaged again - no answer. So after more than 45minutes of waiting I sent a meesaage that I am leaving and escalating this with booking.com. I left and demanded a full refund. Then they suddenly "woke up" and offered to change the room. I replied that I have already left as it was very late and dark and they are located in a bit of nowhere. They still refused to refund. Avoid this place. Bad quality and dismal customer service.

Location was close to the Beach Apartment was quite spacious

The photos are not a true likeness of the property. There are building works and renovations in progress. There is no pool or outside area to enjoy There is a very busy main road behind the property. The water was cut off when we were there but put back on by the contractor on site after a whatsapp to the number you are given. The next day the toilet wouldn't flush and we were told after a message to the whatsapp number that it had been rectified and they wanted 40 euros for mending their own drains which we didn't pay. When we got back from a day out they had not actually fixed the toilet and again luckily there was a contractor on site who sorted this for us. You can only speak to someone via whatsapp messages they won't answer a call. There is no kettle so you cannot make a hot drink. The crockery is very basic with only one cup. There is no soap to wash your hands. The walls between number 3 and 4 are very thin and we could hear everything the neighbours were saying not just a mumble in the background but full conversations. There appears to have been a doorway between the properties previously and instead of blocking off the door properly they have just put a piece of wood over the door. We were very disappointed with the property.

Nothing it was awful - Do not stay here it’s cheap for a reason. It did have hot water for a shower!

Absolutely everything it was awful it was like staying in a seedy motel. Felt unsafe the windows had no blind well it did but didn’t work. It’s you’ve only got £38 sleep on the beach.

Clean room, comfy sleep.

Villa is run down, but worst of all there are gaps at the bottom of the door meaning it is super loud. #1 priority should be to address the gaps at the bottom of the door.

small but comfortable studio apartment

we accidentally lost our wallet on the night with the room keys inside. we arrived to the hotel and called the reception number all night, but there was no answer 🥺 we had to stay in the car until reception opened. we understand it was completely our fault for losing the wallet, but there should be a 24 hr number in the case of emergencies.

Location was fantastic - less than two minutes to the beach. Room was pretty basic but had everything you need if you just plan to use as a base. It was clean and bed was comfortable.

Nothing but if you want all the mod cons in your room, this isn't the place for you
