We have stayed there before and quality hasn’t changed. Warm and clean apartments. Gasthaus has Wellness zone, recomend to use baths after long walks in the mountains.

We had a great stay at Gasthaus Post. The service we received from the hosts was excellent. First of all, they were very flexible, we could arrive a day earlier than planned. Additionally, everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They even have a small welness center within the facility which gave the welcoming relaxation after days of hiking. The hosts themselves are very kind, warm, genuinely interested and make a delicious breakfast. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay!

Very nice and clean place

Great place to stay along the Iseltrail if you are hiking it (20km+ walk from Lienz). Staff are friendly. Location is a short walk away from the main road hence quieter. There was a small balcony with tables and chairs. The restaurant is a huge plus, it was open on a Sunday which was when we stayed and offers a good schnitzel, pizza and apfelstrudel! A spacious, self-contained unit with induction stove, pans, plates, utensils, coffee machine and kettle. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

For the price we paid the apartment was really amazing. It had a really nice balcony with great facilities, including a great shower.

Perfect location at the foot of Grossglockner. The guesthouse is nice, comfortable and very clean. New owners are very friendly and helpful. The flexibility, ex. about arrival and departure hours, is a big advantage, especially for those planning mountain trips. Very good quality for the very reasonable price.
