Not only was the property exceptionally well located but Olivier and Angela were fabulous hosts. The food was terrific and the area itself was absolutely beautiful. We can highly recommend staying at Trevose  And we are planning to go back as soon as possible.

Beautifully appointed property. Great location, just steps ftom train station, walking distance to restaurants, shops in town and on harbour and beaches. We traveled here from Texas (via London) and did not need a car. Owners Olivier and Angela Novarrez were extremely friendly and gracious. They prepare a fantastic multi-course breakfast, cooked to order, every day, including your choice of teas, coffees, lattes, etc. Special touches include fresh flowers in rooms daily, sparkling water carafe in room daily, complimentary chocolates for each guest each night, make your own cocktail bar in living room (honor system) every evening. Daily maid service. Owners assisted with dinner and beach walk recommendations.

Our room, on the top floor, was beautifully decorated, spacious (including a huge bathroom!) and luxurious and had spectacular views over St. Ives and the harbour. The breakfasts were superb and Oliver, Angela and their staff couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and informative. The location is perfect as the beaches, town and harbour are just a few minutes' walk away.
The place is picture perfect but there are lots of steps and stairs so this would not be ideal for someone who would find this an issue. You are also strongly advised to pay extra for a guaranteed parking space in the station car park which is a couple of hundred yards away as parking in St. Ives is problematic to say the least!

The room we had was right at the top and had a fantastic view. It was beautifully furnished with an amazing bathroom and a lot of beautiful touches.
The breakfasts were THE BEST EVER! The quality of the food and the interesting choice on offer were amazing - a real experience. Stephanie and Olivier are lovely hosts

Amazing property, perfect location.
Oli, Angela and Claire are spectacular hosts. Their attentiveness and attention to detail is incredible- you feel right at home.
I highly recommend staying at Trevose Harbour House. I for sure will be visiting again.

Lovely room & bathroom. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Lots of attention to detail by the hosts- lovely evening atmosphere with tea lights & a little treat left for each room, Neal’s yard toiletries with bath robes, warm and friendly hosts who could not have done more for us without being overbearing. We loved it
Parking is a bit tricky to drop bags off! But we were still able to have a parking spot which the hosts helped with.

the location was perfect - a slight view of the ocean from our room and a short walk to the beach, to the heart of St. Ives, and the train station.
the staff was very kind and professional, and the breakfasts each morning were delicious.
we didn’t have wifi in our room during our stay due to technical issues. it made it difficult to plan out the next days activities via restaurant bookings etc while in our room. that said, the staff were very apologetic and refunded us a portion of the room fee due to the inconvenience. it was a minor inconvenience across a very pleasant stay.

The hosts were incredibly attentive and catered to my allergies when preparing breakfast with no issues. The breakfasts were fantastic and the rooms comfortable with lovely views

We couldn’t have had a better time. The decor was beautiful. The staff were so accommodating, professional and helpful - we didn’t want to leave! We were so relaxed.
Realistically, it is expensive for just a hotel room stay without a spa or additional facilities etc. but overall you feel so pampered and in luxury by the staff, it makes up for it.

The staff were really friendly and we were made to feel so welcome, the room and hotel was modern and clean. The location was simply perfect a short stroll to Parking harbour and beaches.
The breakfast was just amazing and really set you up nicely for the day.
We will definitely be making a second visit and recommending to our friends and family.

Breakfast was excellent with little extras. Nothing too much trouble.
We loved everything. I wouldn't think it was very suitable if you have trouble with stairs unfortunately.
