Everything. The room was lovely and very clean. The views from the balcony are nice an relax. Breakfast was delicious. Watch out for the specials cooked by the hosts. Both hosts were super helpful and attentive.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would only suggest to replace the chairs from the balcony for a bit more comfortable ones.

The location is a 5/10 min walk from the centre of st Ives , free parking which is a bonus, the hosts were lovely and very welcoming , the accommodation is lovely and homely ,the room we had a sea view and balcony and was fab, lovely breakfast ,I looked forward to the breakfast special on offer each morning or you can have the traditional full English , definitely recommend ,we are hoping to go back soon.

It was a short walk to the city centre and beaches. It was also a very friendly and cosy place. Service was over he top! Breakfast was delicious and offered different options for different dietary requirements. Staff were very friendly and offered us valuable info for our trip.

The room was great but there was a cushion by the window that looked quite dirty.

Great location & Amazing hosts. we had a great view from our room, and really enjoyed the breakfast, especially daily special and my absolute fav blueberry pancakes 🥞. If returning we will definitely book with Simon and Lindsey again!

The property was very centrally located to St Ives town and harbour. Lindsey and Simon were fantastic hosts, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Breakfast offering was fantastic and would recommended the cooked breakfast specials.

Location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk to town and the beaches. Breakfast was superb, with a daily special as well as the usual options. Fresh fruit as well. Room had lovely views of the sea, and there was a fridge on the landing for cold drinks, and they also provided fresh milk in there for each room.

Apart from being able to stop the rain and wind which we experienced, there was nothing I could suggest that would have improved our stay.

We loved everything about this little gem of a B and B. Room was lovely, clean, comfy and with the added bonus of our own little balcony with sea view. Breakfasts were outstanding, love the "specials" which change every day. Our hosts were lovely, friendly, chatty but not obtrusive. One of the best B and B's we have stayed in, would definitely recommend. The private parking was good too!!
